Cheng yi does not disappoint when it comes to wuxia action. But I'm getting really fed up with his tolerance on his elder brother... This guy's has always been a vilian, it's unsettling to see him good at one point and then evil and proud on another. Portraying him as a good elder brother is really hard and QS should just stop sucking up to him and crying all the time just to get the same result over and over... This is not a brother to look up to.

I feel like Zhao Qing's character here MO Cai huan is too soft and adorable for me... I almost want to transmigrate in there and choose her and just stay with her all her life cuz what the hell... She's too good

I think this is the first well known cultivation novel that has been adapted into live action, so basically alot of people who don't watch donghua will find some things weird like the pouch that can store anything... But that's normal in donghua.. Wait till you see rings that can store planets like those in swallowed star😂

The comments have really impressed me.. Alot of good comments about the drama but for me it's abit lacking. Yang yang though a famous actor isn't really fitting the witty Han Li like the one from the donghua, something feels off about everything. As a donghua fan I've watched all the 153 episodes of RMJI though I didn't like it at first due to my preference for renegade immortal over it but still I've enjoyed alot of it. The adaptation is OK, the choreography isn't bad but the other visuals are abit lacking... Adapting a long donghua like this into a drama wouldn't be an easy feat... They have assimilated the fluid choreography from the donghua which is a defining part of RMJI donghua into the drama, that's really good. But the character of Han Li has to be much more deeper, he is too cautious and scheming, and that hasn't been well depicted... Also the drama is hinting of some early romance between nangong Wan and Han Li which even the donghua with it's 153 episodes hasn't even reached yet.. It is good that the drama hasn't followed the heartbreaking bonds between him and all the other ladies that eat us up from the donghua as Han Li moves on.. But the subtle hints honestly confuse me.. Are they making romance part of the drama or not. And the pacing is also concerning.. If they plan to fit most things in 30 episodes, they should have continued with pacing they started with but they ended up filling dialogues with no particular importance in the recent episodes dragging it along and some of the characters are really off, I don't even understand their roles.. Like the people in the herb Valley, they're too rigid. 10 episodes in and we're just at the trial... That means at most the season will end with Han Li teleporting. But how many seasons do they plan to adapt this with the current drama companies running on profit and if it doesn't reach their expectations, they might drop it with just one season's.... For a drama that has been shelved all this while, it has honestly failed to reach it's potential... But I'm hoping it will be better

I have read really good comments about the relationship with the leads and I can say I also think it would be better if they don't end up together... Cuz the romance that would arise from this won't really make sense.. There are not many episodes left to transition from spiteful and hateful SYM to loving and caring SYM, and I'm sure the writers have worked very hard to show how much she hates and despises NH, but now how much effort can they really put into caring for him that we eventually forget all she has done, they probably wanted us to feel sorry for him so as to redeem his first episode's theatrics but now we 26 episodes in with only 14 left, we hate the FL too much to ever see her in a new light and even grow from hate to love ourselves. I personally hate NH for being good to her now... Or even saving her, even with the rule. I personally feel, if they have to mend things and clear misunderstandings, then they should at most be acquaintances and not romantic partners at all. Then maybe we can have a season 2 or something like that... Cuz most of the viewers want retribution for her actions but there are very few episodes left for our hate to turn to love, for the conspiracies to be revealed for the ends to be tied and the fighting the script from the trailer to happen. Unless they rush everything and ruin it all

I don't think that at all there is no hint at all that he is testing him... Instead every hint shows he's stupidly bent on leaving the kingdom to his stupid son... Hope they don't let him make a mistake and make NH come to fix it later.. That would be really cliché

What is chu guihong still doing in this drama anyway. He's probably not the main antagonist or even close. He doesn't even qualify to be the SML.. So is he here just to annoy us or what?. They should kill off this character already.. No offense to the actor though I've seen some of his good work and his acting is really working cuz it's annoying us so bad

Today this I was very disappointed... I mean I suspected they would place all the blame in NH but seriously when does this end!.and why did he act hurt in front of her or even try to apologize... I'm starting to think I'm more ruthless than NH. After all this guilt we've built with him from SYM and then they add more and even more misunderstandings!.I'm guessing the execution will also not be explained so we may have another misunderstanding and everyone Will be thinking that he really wanted to kill SH. They might as well change the whole drama name to 'endless misunderstanding'. At this point I just want to finish this, with just 16 episodes left I don't think they can bring in any amount of happiness to fulfill all the hurt and misunderstanding we've felt

If SYM holds a grudge after she knows who NH is then they give us 4 more episodes where she is mad at him then this drama will be a lost cause. That would mean all the guilt we have been compiling for NH will be unfulfilled and he will be the bad one again... That will be a disaster, at this point even if SYM eventually feels guilty for him it probably won't make up for her cruelty and misunderstandings... Our boy has suffered too much, we won't accept petty guilt. She shiuld just go. They all should just disappear

The same guy is acting as emperor in the princess gambit... Almost same character but a little bit better there

I never thought much about the equation but seriously guys someone else has to have transmigrated in the chu family and why doesn't the FL suspect anything about it

Honestly I couldn't agree more, the FL has never stopped to wonder if the NH she knew from the script is the same one she is spending time with now, I really don't understand the whole idea that she has to be right. And I'm guessing that she will get mad when she finds out that NH is LS later on. This misunderstandings piling up are really getting me on edge. Even the misunderstanding between NH and CG is also just too much, the eighteenth prince is insufferable, I did not mind him before but when he insulted NH's mom, I straight up hated him. I'm gonna find it hard to love him even if they later give him some character development. now I'm all about NH just going away....no drama has ever made me feel sorry for a Grey character like this one

I've never watched a messed up stupid drama like this. It's like the writer was playing around to see if it can be a drama... It's a total disaster

I love this drama alot but honestly, did we have to wait 33 episodes for the first kiss... And what's with the dramas this day... I personally love dramas for their romance stories.. Now if they make the drama some poem love with wireless romance like SNTL, how am I supposed to survive... I mean dramas have started with love and have done great.. Like Are you the one... It was amazing... But what's this now.. 33 episodes just waiting on the day they will be together... 7 episodes remaining.what will they do. Will they punish evil or be lovey dovey. I love the drama but I'm really disappointed

After watching this.. I can only say one thing... These two should be the only ones allowed to act historical dramas cuz woooow!!!...in this drama I've seen the best relationship between leads ever... There is no glitch... They just fell down right into their roles.. In here I've seen the best way to bring down an antagonist, not the rushed 'kill him' the scripts in other dramas... We also have the villain's weakness... His mother. I've seen the most gracefull lady.. The empress, she's an amazing actress. I've seen an emperor who has very serious flaws but the best character. This is a masterpiece... I loved joy of life before but this one surprisingly is better...not in schemes but in the general drama atmosphere.... They gave us little on iconic war scenes... But I enjoyed every episode especially the last 8 episodes.

This drama is amazing, this secret has become my biggest fear for it... The couple are amazing.. Their time together is soo good.. I suddenly wish she never nows the secret or it never matters in the end cuz before I was angry with CXZ but now I've gradually developed a soft spot for him... He's been through alot and he's fallen in love... That's a disaster for him.. But he keeps hesitating and that's what's gonna destroy him

This drama is good from the start but all those sacrifices are useless...always building guilt for the characters... This person did all this for you and all that... When JY became in control of the demon I thought that maybe this would be a different drama but then he started sacrificing for her at every turn.. I mean isn't there a different plot for this dramas where guilt filled sacrifices are not necessary... A better way.. A better ending... Not like one where the ML dies and years later he comes out of nowhere and he still loves and remembers the FL.. It's getting too boring... IT'S YET ANOTHER TYPICAL XIANXIA Drama.

I could have rated more if the last 3 episodes were better than that... The story started out well.. The couple is cute and the romance is sweet.... The male lead is sensible until the last 3 episodes when he down to earth stupid... How does he give states to the villains for a woman.. And how the heck is he held down by one man... All he's doing is shouting for them to stop.. He seriously can't do anything?.. Then the FL simply gives up later after they are attacked... The ML even wants to kill his tribes men because of her what the heck was this ending...
