1. The shop is not busy enough for the parents to need extra hands. It's the parent's job and they do it.
2. When FL saw her mothers hands hurting she volunteered to help and was distressed. It was the mother that told her to not interfere as it is her own job. We can see that the mother in general does not want/need her daughter's help in her shop.
3. When the FL's teacher came to the shop and ordered huge portions of food, the father was originally going to help the teacher but the FL intervened and said that she will. She was not asked. She offered or rather stated that she will do it.
4. SHE HAS LITERALLY BEEN BACK FOR ONLY LIKE A COUPLE DAYS. She has only had free time for COUPLE DAYS to relax as compared to years of her working her butt off. She went through a traumatic breakup, a really bad work situation, she deserves it.
She OFFERS TO HELP. The MOTHER does NOT want it.
You may not have seen anything you can admire from her but I believe a lot of us have. Like: 1. Her work ethic. 2. Her disciplined childhood. 3. How she is always ready to be their for her friends. etc.

I am pretty sure that she does not think that the world owes her. There has been no indication of this in any of the episodes even. She just came back from abroad after working her butt off for years so it's understandable that she may want to rest for some time. She was willing to help ML and his colleague even when it was a sensitive topic for her so I hardly think that she is entitled and/or lazy, even in her high school days, she was shown to be living a very disciplined life.
I also think she deserves to find herself, it's not wrong for her to want to find meaning in her life after all she has spent soo much of her life trying to be daughter her mother can boast about.
Agree with the she is very loud and screams (not bipolar) but she is like that with her childhood friends and brother, not with other people. It's a personality trait that, I agree, is not the most pleasant one but it makes it realistic. Also I agree with Zoe about how she is written that way for a reason.
