Came for the romcom, stayed for the sobbing/rollercoaster but not disappointed at all
TLDR; The writing is amazing in this show, period. This show proves that fl and tbh all the female characters don't have to be physically strong to be powerful and cause change in others. Every moment between the leads makes me smile until my cheeks hurt,, like I'm getting diabetes bc of how sweet everyone is to each other. It's def a slow romance, but I enjoy those types bc you rlly get to see character development as they get to know each other more. This show probs has the fewest amt of annoying romcom tropes I've seen yet (2nd love interests, love at first sight, long-ass misunderstandings, etc), and when they do pop up, they def do it in a unique way that's not cringe-worthy. Acting is amazing, esp when there are emotional moments, and it feels real. I love the music, and there are some pieces that I would listen on repeat. From the beginning, these characters have grown a lot, and it's sad to see this series end. I wouldn't be too upset if there was a S2.Story: despite the genre, i really do believe the 2 leads start the show hating each other, so it's interesting to see how their dynamics change throughout the show. They do make the ml actually hateable at times instead of just being a pretty boy and getting his way all the time, which is a nice change of pace and kinda uncommon with this type of plot. The writing is honestly really good bc the sentimental moments feel natural and flow well with the characters. The misunderstandings are not frustrating and they're actually funny instead of petty drama. tbh the tone of the story made me doubt abt the romcom aspect of it, but the comedic timing is golden each time. I will say, theres a lot of info to parse if youre following the political affairs, and sometimes its hard to know who is who if youre not paying attention (i watched the first half a second time, since eps were still airing to fully understand the name drops so i could binge watch the last 10 eps haha). btw the last like 10 eps are a fucking rollercoaster..
Acting/Cast: bro these tears aren't fake. I love her facial expressions omg,, Honestly might be my fav fl of all the shows I've watched. There are some moments where I'm like "oh shit she really just did that" and that makes her more endearing. Even tho she doesn't have military prowess, she still manages to girlboss her way around with her intelligence and cunning with just as much flair. This show makes you have an emotional connection w/ each of the characters (even minor ones), and I genuinely cried at some parts. Everyone's smiles are so contagious and natural,, The writing of the "evil" ppl rlly gives them depth, and you realize they're also human, and the reasons they did smth were out of oppression, although how they managed that wasn't exactly justifiable. Also, the amt of communication between the characters and the heartfelt conversations are also one of the main reasons why this show is so good.
Music: A lot of the music is super catchy, and the lyrics are so beautiful and fitting to the story and characters.
Rewatch value: I generally don't rewatch shows, but this one might be the highest on my list just bc there are a lot of developments that foreshadow what happens in other eps.

kinda mid but gets better at the end
Subs are a lot better, although timing is still a bit off if you’re watching the one on yt. This season feels like a filler season idk. Okay I think the ending ALMOST redeems the whole season. One thing I do like about S3-5 is the brutal realities of life and the life lessons that are expressed in this show.TL;DR: story seems rushed, but it gets a lot better in the last 5 eps. Acting is phenomenal as always, music is around the same, and rewatch value is probably a one-and-done for me.
Story: Some parts feel rushed, and some new characters are suddenly pushed in without like any intro/context. Like the relationship between characters is there but we don’t even know their names yet? Also Lucy’s romance is so confusing to me like I don’t get why they did some things a certain way, and it just doesn’t seem coherent to me. Also they kinda just left it at that and never brought it up again lol. They did not need to drag the redemption arc that much tho imo, but we got there ig. The ending is pretty open-ended, but idk if they're going to make any more seasons.
Acting/Cast: There’s a lot of emotional moments that are duly conveyed in the acting. Acting is good as always.
Music: Much of the music is from past seasons, and there are some new ones, but nothing to be amazed abt.
Rewatch value: Even though the ending is good, I don't think I'd wanna go through all this just for it. I can just watch the last eps and be done w/ it lol.

character interactions are its strong suit, story--not so much
First impressions: the trauma dump on the first ep is craazy. imo the synopsis is a bit misleading and maybe a bit spoilery bc the part where he goes abroad doesn't happen until like half of the show (ep 13). It starts with a "misunderstanding", which usually I would be kinda eh abt it, but since we don't really know the characters that well, I'm not particularly mad abt it.TLDR; Character interactions are better than the story tbh. You can tell this was adapted from somewhere--some parts were cut off or added on after the fact (a lot of flashback scenes). It's not that coherent imo. I love the besties-to-lovers plot though! And the second love interests aren't overly clingy or stubborn. The general messages of the story are really nice (not romance-related but still very good nonetheless). I think what I love the most about this show is the small things the couples do for each other. Acting is normal; not much in particular stands out. Music is nice to listen to, and the lyrics are beautiful. The ending left a bittersweet impression that happens when you enjoy the character interactions and don't want the show to end (I'm a sucker for the moments where all the actors get together and send off the viewers 😭). Rewatch value isn't too high imo just because the story doesn't flow completely.
Story: I love how they don't push the study abroad thing at the end. It literally is in the first ep before they even meet each other. I also love how the the ml's other love interest and the fl actually respect each other. The couples are so supportive of each other, and do sweet things when their partner isn't watching. The comedy is pretty funny, though. The second couple is also incredibly adorable. We love a functional family.. There's a lot of accountability in this story, which I really do appreciate. The proposal is quite unique, actually.
Acting/Cast: Acting didn't stand out to me too much, but it wasn't terrible either. Xu Zhi is a very forward person and a bit cheeky towards Chen Luzhou. I love the side banters they have--very funny. I also love her outfits as well as her bestie's too. Her hairstyle is also really cute and unique. The joking between the leads flows so well. They actually hug more than they kiss, which is fine by me, and tbh I might prefer that more just because it happens during sentimental moments. And everyone likes hugs, right?
Music: The singer reminds me of the one who sang the song in Meeting You, but the melody reminds me of the songs in The Glory.
Rewatch value: Although it's a short show compared to other ones I've watched, idk.. it's not incentive enough to rewatch something I already know the plot to.

Prepare for plot twists at every turn
TLDR; This is the first revenge plot I've watched tbh. Plot twist galore. Thinking back from the beginning, we've come a really long way.. Story seems too convoluted to me, and there are some parts where I feel like they did it just bc plot (and I’m not gonna go heavy sleuthing abt to see if it actually makes sense). It’s not bad tho. Okay but like the sibling relationship is strong in this one even tho they're assholes lol. Acting is phenomenal and not everything is as it seems.. This show by far has put in the most effort in their music bc each song complements each other, and the lyrics are meaningful to the character dynamics. I feel like it's underappreciated, and it really adds to the scenes. Worth a rewatch if you want to catch all the details you missed before bc there's a mystery aspect too.Story: There are some parts where I don't quite understand where the plot is, esp when it comes to the mystery. The romance part of it is reeeeally slow like it's mostly a revenge story, which is fine, but it keeps going back and forth like the relationship is going nowhere, and they're always on different wavelengths a lot of the time. But I mean, it gets better near the end. Some of the character writing seems a bit off esp w/ He Wenshen when the acting doesn't fit w/ his personality, but honestly I don't think it's the actor’s fault bc I've seen his better performances on other shows. There are also a lot of girboss moments that's def directed toward the audience.
Acting: At first, I had my doubts about the actor who plays the dad bc he was the comic relief from another show, and I couldn't take him seriously for like the first 10 eps but it grew on me. The fl's mother's acting is insanely well done like I feel the emotions through the screen. Tbh I just picked those 2, but all of the actors and actresses did an amazing job. The battle scenes are well-choreographed, and I think for the most part, it's all the actors and not stunt doubles.
Music: The bg music is so dramatic lol. I appreciate that the music focuses more on the lyrics, which gets overlooked a lot of the time, and it's so poetic..
Rewatch value: Honestly so much happens that every little detail at the beginning before everything starts going downhill might foreshadow a future event, and it's def worth a rewatch if you want to figure out the tidbits you missed the first time. But for me, I'm low on brain cells to try to parse all that info lol.

a nice spin on a lot of tropes
First impressions: I just looked at the cast section, and the screenwriter and director are both female, which in hindsight makes sense bc there are a lot of feminist ideals that the FL talks abt. There are a lot of callbacks to previous scenes, and I love it when shows do that. Most of the scenes are done on location, so there are so many breathtaking backgrounds, and you can tell they have a high budget too bc the wardrobe and makeup ppl went all out.TLDR; for me, the most important part of this show is the life lessons it teaches. The story is mostly pretty realistic when it comes to how they handle certain situations. Acting seems kinda forced at times. The only character whose acting seems the most natural is Xue Chen's errand boy. The intro and outro songs are really catchy, and they love using them in the scenes. It's more modern-style, and sometimes they'll use pop elements in there for some reason. For me, it's a one-and-done, but don't let it downplay the story and lessons of the show.
Story: There's a lot of role reversal tropes that are pretty well executed. There are a lot of misunderstandings, but for the most part, it's not overly dramatic and it usually gets resolved pretty quickly, and the characters aren't dumb and actually use their brain. There were a lot more life lessons than I thought it would have. As for the mystery, it doesn't really start picking up until the tail end of the show. In terms of comedy, it definitely plays a lot with romcom tropes that are quite enjoyable.
Acting/Cast: Seems a bit unnatural a lot of the times, idk why. Love the writing of the characters tho. The dynamics between the characters are pretty mature, and I love how they talk about their relationships. They have a lot of reflection in their actions that I don't see in most cdramas.
Music: Intro and outro songs are catchy, with the bgm using more modern elements.
Rewatch value: One-and-done for me, although I enjoyed the character dynamics and morals of the show.

better than last season, that's for sure
Subs are bugged if you watch the one on yt. The timing is really off so much so that sometimes it skips some lines. It's slow at first but picks up during the last half of the show. This season focuses more on the relationships between the characters, and I'd argue their dynamics are just as good as the original cast. The writing is a definite improvement to last season's. Acting is good as always, music is pretty catchy, and rewatch value is better than last season's fs.Story: There wasn’t much romance to begin with last season, but this time, it focuses more on their love interests and less on HongHong’s shortcomings. Honestly, I quite like the relationships. Each one has different dynamics and have their own charm to it. Some of them try to sort out their problems as adults and misunderstandings aren’t exaggerated. I’d go as far to say that the relationship dynamics are as good as the original’s. The writing is significantly better, as they touch on topics that are a little too real as an adult.
Acting/Cast: Really good, especially the moments where they're supposed to be fuming, they really capture that feeling.
Music: I think they rendition one of the original season’s music, which is nice. The new ones are still pretty catchy.
Rewatch value: personally I think this is a one-and-done, but fs better than last season.

good characters, amazing music
Just a foreword, the actor for Wei Ya Nei is different but is still spot-on with the original's mannerisms and expressions, so I don't mind it. Also, a possible reason why they changed it was the love interest, which seems weird if it was done with the original since she is clearly a lot younger. With the new actor, I feel like the students are actually supposed to be teens and not adults lol. Also if you're watching on yt the eng dub isn't amazing and the subs stop starting at the 15th ep but reappear and disappear sporadically. I've posted my side-rant in the comments; the spoiler is at the very end.TLDR; There is a definite budget increase, which is evident based on the music and the backgrounds/more CGI and green screen backdrops. Story is a bit better in part because they make some bold choices, and although the acting of the main characters is similar to the original, the supporting characters make it more interesting. Music is a definite upgrade from the original. It's a lot shorter than the original, but honestly I don't know if I want to watch it again because there are some heartbreaking moments I don't want to relive. I go into Yuan Hao's character in the comments of this post (spoilers!).
Story: It's a bit more convoluted than S1 imo. I think the main reason for the lower ratings on S2 is that there are a lot of references to Chinese mythology/folklore that I'm not familiar with and that could also be lost in translation. I'm rolling with the punches like Wei Ya Nei fr. Even though the comedy in the original is well executed, I think they improve it esp when they stop the music right before it swells to climax to deliver the bit; I love it when shows do that 😆. Can I just say though, Yuan Hao is such a good villain. They make some bold choices that compensate for the lack of good eng subs.
Acting/Cast: Honestly I don't think much has changed and the acting is still the same to me. I think most people feel that it has improved just because there's more opportunity for them to act more emotional moments. I will say the new characters are amazing.
Music: A definite improvement to S1, especially with the orchestral renditions of the originals. I love it when games/shows slightly change the main theme based on the mood. Of course, they also use the original music, which is refreshing. Honestly, I could listen to the whole track multiple times and not get bored of it.
Rewatch value: Although it's shorter, I don't think I could meet new characters with hindsight, but that's just me. Also, the eng subs aren't great, esp near the end.

Really good acting and music
Story: Especially at the beginning, some parts of the story are being thrown at you, but it does get better throughout. Honestly, some parts were confusing, mainly because they introduce characters by name before you see what the character looks like or their personality (but could also be translation errors). The dynamics between the characters are very well-written, and although some misunderstandings change the course of their relationship they end up working it out eventually. Also made me realize how psychologically torturing being an assassin is.Acting: Exceptional especially for the antagonist and protagonist but honestly every actor/actress did amazing, including the parts where the characters are desperate and suffering. You can feel the emotion in their voice. Even when there isn't anything verbal going on. In particular, the main characters' facial expressions and how they move still give the scene weight to it.
Music: A lot of the OST music I would listen to on repeat, particularly the intro song. And I know a lot of people love it for the same reasons I do. It fits the relationships between the characters in the story and the cadence of the singer really describes the emotion of the song. They do milk it a lot in the episodes but it is a moving song so, it's not as annoying as you would think..
Rewatch: I generally don't rewatch shows unless they are amazing shows/mystery genre. I feel like this show is a one-and-done situation, but I did enjoy it while it lasted.
TLDR; Story is a bit confusing at first but it flows throughout the show. Acting is phenomenal and is amazing a portraying emotion even when they aren't talking. Music is beautiful and melancholy. Most likely won't rewatch it, but it was an interesting experience.

Personally, not very picky about shows
Honestly at first, I was a bit skeptical because the plot summary makes the show sound a bit bland. But it was a lot different from the mystery genre I'm used to that includes a murder, and they try to figure out who did it etc. This one is very different and then the ending is very conclusive, although we never figure out why or how they got into the time loop. For story: Like I said, it is very creative in how they tell a mystery using a time loop. It might sound repetitive, but every loop is a little bit different from the last when they get more information to figure out how to fix the time loop. It also involves a lot of perspective on the accused side of how they deal with things and process sticky situations. As for romance, it's a little slow but there are some bite-sized romance stuffed in there, and it's not overly dramatic/cheesy.
Acting: AMAZING!! The actors definitely know what they're doing and they portray every emotion and personality perfectly. I comment on the acting a lot for the episode reviews lol.
OST: I don't know why but I especially love the ending song because it kind of fits with the main characters' relationship but also the other relationship too (that you'll see if you watch this). The singer also did a phenomenal job of singing the emotions of the song.
Rewatch: Usually, I don't rewatch things unless they're really good but for mysteries I like to watch them again to see the little details I didn't catch the first time because I know what happens.
TL;DR Amazing show with a spin on the mystery genre with slow but sweet build-up of romance and the ending has good closure on all the characters that leaves a little bittersweet feeling when you watch a good show.

just a teeny tiny suggestion
TLDR; Story gives a wide range of emotions, even within the same episode. Acting is amazing, and chemistry is on point for the most part. Music is okay, and it's a short watch.Story: each ep is emotional whiplash--I can laugh most of the time and then start tearing up the next minute. There's clearly a protagonist, but there's focus on the supporting characters as well. And some of the eps are dedicated to one character, which I rlly appreciate. There is some "scary" aspects i.e. blood, but as someone who doesn't like horror, it's bearable. Pacing is alright. The ending did seem like a lot, and I felt like I missed out on some things. I will say, the plot point that fl can turn into a male is an interesting analogy for someone being trans, and it'll probably be the closest to it in a cdrama that won't get censored by the Chinese government LOL
Acting/Cast: Love, love, love all the characters and their interactions. All the pairings and the chemistry between them are really sweet. The only character I have complaints about is the acting for Duan WR's love interest, who seemed a little too animated imo, and her eyes are scary..
Music: Intro music reminded me of the Mission Impossible theme, which I think is what they were going for. Outro music is a little catchy, but other than that, not a ton to go off of.
Rewatch value: easily bingeable. I was surprised about how short it was tbh.

they be playing 4d chess over here
TLDR; This show is a lot darker than I thought--moral dilemmas, emotional manipulation..Also, it's kind of same old same old in terms of romance, and the story's choppy sometimes. Acting is amazing, though and feels natural. Lots of music, nothing much else to say about it, and it's a one-time watch for me.Story: It's refreshing that fl doesn't get the plot armor of everyone not knowing she's female (at least for ml). It's obvious it's adapted from another story bc it feels like some characters should've been fleshed out more and allowed the audience to connect with them--also the random narrator jumpscares lol. Even though they start scheming against each other, the amount of trust between them is incredible (ml especially). One rlly nitpicky thing I would like to add is that there are clearly some boundary issues ml doesn't seem to follow, though I know fl does like him that way--it's just he forces it sometimes, which is kinda eh tbh. There are misunderstandings, but they confront them and apologize. At least ml is honest and never intentionally leads 2nd fl on. The second half of the show really tempted me to drop it, which I've never done before btw (I always watch till the end in case it gets good) bc the plot just went downhill so quickly, and it's dumb asf (mostly bc of one certain character). It does get better, though, like 3-4 eps later bc something huge happens, and the way it pans out is bittersweet. Main couple argues A LOT--but it's not bc of petty stuff and more about conflicting moral dilemmas. Someone in the comments said fl's a realist while ml's an idealist, which I think really encapsulates the source of their arguments. It happens so many times that I forget why they're upset in the first place. I've been watching a lot of shows where the ml has a final hurdle/calm before the storm moment before their happy ending. I feel like this one is a lot more mellowed out, and their happy ending is a full episode long!
Acting/Cast: The chemistry is insane, and this is the most I've seen a ml cry (and his tears are real). Out of all the shows I've watched, this one has the most kissing/romantic scenes that are not romance-only genre. Normally, I would be a bit put off by that, but they fit like a puzzle, so it's cute..
Music: A variety to choose from, but none of them really stood out to me/were particularly catchy.
Rewatch value: One and done for me. I think the most off-putting part is the story pacing.
Was this review helpful to you?
okay, queen
TLDR; The story was great up until the end..like I feel like there were a lot of inconsistencies that led to something that probably wasn't supposed to happen just bc the writers wanted to change it up a bit. And the last episode was definitely rushed. All things considered, the very last end was worth watching. Acting is phenomenal, and music is worth relistening. I don't tend to rewatch shows so this one's just a one-time watch, but it was enjoyable.Story: There's a bit of a mystery aspect to it, but it's not overly complicated (as someone who finds it hard to parse mysteries). Also, I enjoy a secret identity that links to the main leads bc all it takes is one slip to realize who the other person really is--the paradigm shift that changes their relationship almost instantly, and I patiently wait for that moment bc it's very rewarding. Supporting characters' love plot is also very nice and just as good as the mains'. There are a ton of feminist ideals that aren't overly cheesy and get the point across. The plot w/ second ml is a bit too much and kinda out of character to me imo--idk if they did that bc of whose student he is, but idk, it just seems out of nowhere.. And the emperor's attitude is lowkey wishy-washy like why do that when you're just going to retract it just as easily, but I digress..
Acting/Cast: Every character is expressive in their facial expressions, esp ml, that don't need to be verbal to make an impact. It's also natural and it doesn't feel like it's just a show, if that makes sense.
Music: A lot of good songs in this one. The instrumental renditions are also very good and worth relistening to.
Rewatch value: One and done but enjoyable while it lasted.

Like a moth to a flame
First impressions: this show loves its slow-moTLDR; Despite the use of a lot of romantic tropes and the slow romance, the confession makes it so worth it. ngl it's hard to follow the mystery part of the story, but I think that's just me (hard to remember all the characters' names). Some parts seem a bit spotty to me, like some characters just disappear from the story (Pan Chi), and we don't know what they're doing while the main story's going down. The ending is also a bit abrupt imo, but it's a happy one. Acting of all the main characters is amazing, esp the Empress Dowager, fl, ml, and LLZ, in no particular order. Music is also enjoyable, and they don't play the main theme song every emotional moment. One and done for me, but it was enjoyable while it lasted.
Story: I watched for the romance btw. There are a lot of typical tropes (some are reversed) you usually find in romance dramas (ml saves fl in fire, ml gets injured and fl takes care of him, childhood sweethearts, 2nd love interests, breaking up, misunderstandings), but it somehow doesn't detract from the relationship between the leads. The part where they break up is really unique, so I'm not entirely mad abt it. I also enjoyed the relationships where they're just friends and nothing more, and the writers don't push the love triangle/rectangle trope. The romance part was kinda iffy at first, but the confession is worth all that banter. Also, the fl might seem kinda annoying at first, but she has some character development, and it mellows out a bit. There are some plot points that didn't make sense to me (ig to develop main leads' relationship??), but it was tolerable. The family dynamics are really sweet..Also, I'm not sure where to put this, but there are some parts where the subtitles appear one by one, matching the actors' emphasis, and I've never seen a show do that before, which was interesting.
Acting/Cast: ml's reactions are so expressive. He can portray something w/o actually saying anything. People keep hating on fl, but at least she apologizes when she knows she's wrong and takes accountability (and a testament to DEX's acting ability). Everyone keeps praising DYX, which I totally agree with, but I'd argue that MZJ's acting is on par with his.
Music: There are lots of variations from the main tracks. Just a lot of pieces and songs that fit with each scene.
Rewatch value: I most likely won't watch this again, but I enjoyed it.

the game is progress
First impressions: This is reminding me of A Dream within a Dream (transported into novel w/ cheesy plot, death loop--sorta) mixed with Till the End of the Moon (cold ml, warm fl lead replaced w/ cold fl, amazing costuming/makeup, flashy special effects). Also kinda weird that fl shares the same name as me buut oh wellTLDR; Love the comedy in this show, and there's clear chemistry between the couples. Story is a little spotty at times, but overall not too bad. Like what is up with obsessive sibling relationships lmaoo. I like the premise of the story, which is to trust the people you surround yourself w/, so you don't have to carry all the burden by yourself. Acting is phenomenal, and music is also really good. I think this is a one-and-done for me bc it's kinda long and idk I don't usually rewatch shows..but it was quite enjoyable.
Story: Every side character is loveable, and you feel for them when they don't get their way, and you feel conflicted bc you want the main leads to win but the other characters are just as good but just came at the wrong time. Misunderstandings, misunderstandings..sigh...they happen, but it was redeemable in the end, although I wouldn't preferred avoiding the whole debacle in the first place but whatever. I guess they did it for the purposes of what the moral of the story was about. The last arc was definitely rushed, which is fine ig since it's like equivalent to battling a gauntlet in a game--probably not a lot of important story going on there. The ending itself is really sweet, though and not rushed.
Acting/Cast: Honestly, I had doubts abt fl's acting bc she kinda be acting childish, but it wasn't annoying. I love the facial expressions though, very funny. All the facial expressions are very expressive. Whoever did the makeup and costuming did amazing btw. I especially loved all of MM's outfits and the demon outfits were arguably even better.
Music: The songs have both a duet version, and solo versions, which sync w/ which characters are on screen. So when it's just one person, it carries more meaning. Background music was also good as well.
Rewatch value: It was really good while it lasted though, but I don't think it's worth a rewatch imo.

just another story tbh
TLDR; There are quite a few plot holes or just due to lazy writing/not fully explained lore, but some of the setup was planted (lol) at the very beginning, so it's redeemable. A lot of the acting seemed a bit unnatural, and there were a lot of moments I expected to cry at but didn’t. Music is pretty good. Personally, this didn’t make much of an impression on me, so one and done for me.Story: I love the side romances the most tbh. I just think the main ones are a little too trope-y. If I had to choose between first and second pair, I think I prefer the second couple better. Even though their story isn't particularly special, somehow it's better than the main pair (possibly bc the confession is so early). A lot of the scenes are like the fl screaming, but not doing anything....And the plot point where something happens to ml, and it gets reversed was always a dumb plot line to me. I will say, this is an exception tho just bc it sets up the main plot. There's also a def plothole regarding them not getting persued after they're under house arrest. I feel like if their kids are missing for more than a year, the ppl above would be panicking and send ppl over to search but whatever. Also, misunderstandings,, really?? I hate the trope where they try to push each other away to keep them "safe" even though they don't actually hate each other. At least the fls aren't dumb and actually use their brain. I will say that the dynamic between DLJ and LGYT is quite unique, and I wish more shows had that. Wow, ppl admitting their mistakes?? Literally happens on the last ep tho, which is..
Acting/Cast: tbh, I've seen better acting. Not sure if it's bc it's dubbed over, but I feel like it could be better.. I can't tell if the fl's acting is so good that it makes me uncomfortable, or if it's bad bc when she's crying all she does is scream, which idk kinda pmo for some reason. Usually when there are sentimental scenes, and the actors start crying, I do too but for some reason here, I don't as much. I'm especially a sucker for sibling relationships, and this one shouldn't be an exception. ig I just don't feel as much a connection with the characters. All that aside, is it bad that the relationship between ZW and DLJ has the most chemistry??
Music: I quite enjoy the music. Some of the bg music are renditions of the main theme.
Rewatch value: A one and done for me.
