The first three episodes left me confused. I feel kind of stupid for not following along well enough but did he actually rape her? Because if so, the sentence he was given was clearly not enough. No matter the circumstances, how is the fact that she consented before enough to lower his sentence when, throughout the episodes, they stated very clearly that as long as she stops consenting when intercourse occurs, it is enough to constitute sexual aggression ? Also, how he complained about her to the lawyer’s association with no proof all ?
