Why do I feel like I have seen this plot a million times..I love noona romance and I wanted to at least watch one Xiao Zan drama to understand why he is so famous that he ranks no 4 on MDL
But am not about to spend 36 episodes waiting for the FL to fall in love,am sure the ML chased her like crazy..then comes the MIL from hell then we go back to square one..
If anyone can recommend his top rated best modern drama(Not Oath of Love) I will be happy to watch

This was not a drama,it was a journey into the world behind the high fortified walls and the people living outside them who are all brought together by a one night mistake of two silly teenagers..
These two names Seo Nom and In Sung will be stuck in my head for a very very long time.

A beautiful makjang.I feel like if we had like 30 more min,they would all have ended in one place..the way they connected.Yoo Two as the paralympic with Yoo In Na his physiotherapist and her crazy Policeman/protector who seem to know the loser boyfriend(Choi Si won) who dumped our girl(Lee Yun Hee),YYSeok character might have worked in the sport business,the way he looked at the screen when he landed or maybe he know Yoo Two character.I still don't know how Long Chan/Yao Lin will be connected to the rest

I know its a year late but thank you for mentioning the rating discrimination against Taiwanese and Japanese dramas on this PLatform..For Real i think we have more fangirls than genuine watchers,It drives me insane.I just finished Breeze by the sea,such a good drama but it seating at 7.6

Nobody does Slice of life better than Taiwan,unfortunetly their dramas are underrated unless you are a drama watching legend.
I drop everything am watching and binge a drama from ep. 1-18,that means it has captivated my life and i probably should make better life choices.
I dont remember where I picked it,but it was not on MDL and Funny enough when i was watching this, I kept thinking Hometown Chachacha,Welcome to Samdar-li and Meet Yourself
Then Lo and Behold,the three dramas were recommended under Breeze By The Sea's MDL profile.
Its a normal plot BUT with layers and the scenery takes you in and for many moments you really think you are there in Kinmen Island.
10/10 I will recommend it under slice of life and Hometown tropes

These dramas came to me accidentally I might say,From the art of Negotiation I loved it so much that I started "stalking" the Director,thats how I found out he is the legend behind Something in the rain,One Spring night and HITTGP,I watchesd the first episode and i was sold.Lee Joon found me there or i found him,liked his acting so much that I started "stalking" him(dont we all do this lol) Am a diverse watcher,i have favorite actors but i wont watch a bad drama for them(I see you "When the Stars Gossip" 😆)

I just finished it few days ago,it consumed my life in a good way, currently fangirling over Lee Joon so watching whatever romcom he is in.Such a stellar actor
I started with "I Heard it through the grapevine" which am still watching ,I was so amazed with him ,it lead me to My Father is strange,i binge watched it mercilessly 😂
