The only one his role i personally liked is scum villain Liu Chang / Zi Shu in Flourished Peony. I really don't know why he can't be romantic chracter. Seen 4 romantic dramas with him as ML - all his characters are the same, now watching Blossom through the Cloud. Looked like miscast for the first episodes. Then got better.
His upper lip now is completely motionless. Like a postmortem mask. Long live, MW, but sorry.

Rewatching too right now. Love how calm their relations are. That scene in utility room in ep. 17 so intimate even tho their first kiss was interrupted (that one in first ep doesn't count).

Just opposite opinion. It's one of my top rated "chinese modern life" dramas. Rewatching it right now. No passion, but caring and romance. Added it to comedy list.
The plot has an engaging legal backdrop that is really rare. Most dramas has just formal surrounding reality.
FL's confidence, confidence, more confidence. Rivals to sismance nicely done.
XK presented his character just right. With all his strange but understandable beliefs.

They say in some ep ML is 35 y.o., but no, he looks exactly his 40+ age or even older

Throw in here w/o any doubt all Reply series, Vincenzo, Twinkling Watermelon, Mr. Queen and half of Shin Hae Sun's dramas list.

Rewatching it right now, going to the end. Again great show. Pure comedy for the first eps. Lovely drama for the rest, and I'm not a fan of angst. It's just right. Thinking again that Park Sung Hoon portrayed one of the most hated anthagonists in dramas.

Suddenly I found out he played alot of roles in dramas I saw already, like 15+, and about 10 I'm going to watch later.

I'm not agianst slow at all.
2 of top 10 modern life cdramas i like are soooo slow.

I like fluff, yes. But same time I liked alot "You Are My Spring" (2021). Others find it slow and boring..

Didn't like leads childish bantering. Among similar "coming of age friends/enemies to lovers" this one has the worst realisation as for me. It is clear that it depends on the order of viewing, however it's not good as for 2020. Like 2012-2015 years airing realisation level.
Same year "My Unicorn Girl", " Falling into You" or "To Fly with You" are way better (alike setting).

And there's no good dubbing for it so one more minus for me.
Summary: disappointed.
