A Love So Beautiful, To Be or Not, Love Maybe, Do You Love Me? and other beautiful, meaningful titles do not fully capture its essence, as the title they chose. Its a novel adaptation as well. So, a lot of thinking may have done to title it appropriately 😁😁😁

Based on the episodes so far, I think the meaning of the drama's title is how deeply the couples felt about each other, yet did not express their feelings openly. We can see CLZ is deeply in love with XZ, yet it seems she's playing hard to get. But, she's hesitant for different reasons. First, he's going away very soon, and second, all the girls love him. Even if he doesn't want them, they're throwing themselves at him. She witnessed one already.
I think by not being in a relationship, they're already in a passionate love affair without realizing it.
This is my humble opinion of this love story.

I didn't get the last episode either. Didn't he go to UCLA as planned? Was he only taking care of Siyao in the States for four years? The ending was totally confusing.

Tan's behavior shows proper upbringing. She's intelligent, courageous, and conducts herself well. That woman didn't know her place at all. That's not all. The way she raised her daughter is nothing to write home about. We shouldn't expect anything better from her anyway. She forgot that the girl represents her father and his household, but she didn't raise her as the daughter of a Marquis, which is disgraceful compared to her younger sister.

I guess Chu's mom was the side chick who got knocked up, or probably a maid who got knocked up by the master, because they kind of hinted something to that effect at the welcome home dinner when Chu's mom sat beside the master and was politely asked to leave the seat. Since Tan was born afterwards, that made her the last child born by the legal wife before she died.

I was so happy with our prince's punishment for both mother and daughter. As the mother stole someone else's husband, she wanted her daughter to steal the prince for her daughter. How could a mother do such a despicable thing to someone else's child? She forgot the law of nature that what goes around comes around.

Even though amnesia plots do turn to stupidity when stretched for too long, I didn't want Mingshu to remember her past quickly in this drama because of the sadness it would cause her. Being LM allowed her to be happy, make friends, and create a place to help women in need. Her life as Lu Mingshu was the true meaning of the phrase, "ignorance is bliss."

This is so interesting. My favorite parts were when MT discussed her ideal groom first with her bestie and when she was praying at the temple. Even the emperor was perplexed by her long list.
If MT is the fourth sister and Chu is the third, why did the father leave the youngest daughter at home for five years when he was stationed at the border? It's a shame that the daughter who has her mother with her is the wayward one. I was so angry at the inn with what Chu did when she just walked in and bought the ginseng, even though the seller was already making a deal with someone else. Thank goodness she was duped into paying more for something that cost less.

Unfortunately, the bad blood between the families is driving them apart.

The man with the mask was from Jianling. He was trying to kill JM. Remember, he came to their house twice, and LC refused to meet with him. He's a snake.
