It's such a beautiful drama. XQ was just brilliant. I loved how he dealt with the gigantic monk guy who came to bully the capital. I like the fact that he avenged Mr. Shen's death. The most despicable people I disliked the most in the drama is the damned emperor. His brother killed 380,000 citizens of the town he was supposed to protect, and the emperor had nothing to say about that. But, when the so-called brother was dead, the emperor mourned him.

My favorite little person was the little one who loved to eat sweets.

The uncle was one hell of a character. My favorite scene about him was when he tried to break into the Guardians' building to rescue his nephew. He was stupidly funny.

I thought the drama was going to be completed in the 40th episode. But the journey continues.

Isn't it a HIPAA violation to tell someone else a patient's health information? Even their shameless son, who is in love with someone else, refuses to divorce Mudan because of what she brings to his wretched family.

But it doesn't make sense when you think about it.

I don't think it's a spinoff of Ancient Love Poetry. I watched it and the story line is different.
