I don't understand the language either😟. From some of the spoiler clips out there, they're doing a lot of 'red herring' drops, so it'll be interesting how/if they follow the book's ending. I feel maybe not as the ML & 2FL's relationship has been changed to being less close. But I think they may keep it to a violent end, if going by their other drama.

Same, the humour was not what I expected lol. But going on their last drama 'Heroes', I should've known they'll do madcap/ black humour. I loved ep 3, it's going really fast so far & wanted to get onto 4 but it weren't avail in my region, so have to wait now :(

I haven't read the whole book, but kinda know the ending from the reader comments &... it's more messier than the synopsis👻. It is a psychological thriller with red herrings & reversals. The 3 chars have their versions of the story. The infidelity & 'missing girl' set-up plays into how they interact initially etc.

Hope it is actually available internationally tomm :(

YES, it's finally happening!! That 2nd trailer lol, I loved the production's other drama ' Heroes 2024' & this trailer has that similar black humour & brain bending they had there. Duo Ge looks even more irredeemable now rn🙃, hopefully they keep the 'twist' in.

Fingers crossed it's coming early/mid Nov!! Someone said WD is 99% compatible with this role🤣😏. I might go & finish the book when I get time, the story is already wild, with lots of reversals.

There's also the Hu Ge movie airing Nov 15th '三滴血/Family at Large', about human traffickers. He plays a handicapped(?) 'mystery' man, looking forward to both❣

If this is made up, I feel bad for him. Every few months things were coming out on him. I also heard he's connected to an award winning actor? If this is all made up, his reputation is messed now.

I haven't seen all the 'evidence'. But from the texts/pics, it's 50/50 to me in believability. If they face swap, it'll be interesting if they'll keep the 'added' story, especially the 1st life part, plus he had a lot of scenes.

Yeah, it is poss he negotiated a partial management contract. With the gap between ZUI & joining MY it seems like the decision was made more recently. So he must've considered all the pros. I hope they can get him better scripts, & really looking forward to what the next project is🌞.

They say DD doesn't get the b'day wishes, it could mean he might not be renewing with them. The same thing happened towards the end at 'ZUI'...

I agree, it might be a negotiated partial management thing as he got out of a 10yr one, so prob wouldn't do that again... if given the choice.
We'll have to wait & see if they wind up on their 3rd go. That is not gonna to go down well from the looks of things...

I read that & others, but I'll re-read (thx) as there's more comments now. Unfortunately, due to the frustration that DD's fans already had, Duo Ge was met with hate like I've never seen b4😕.

I thought the rest of his career was gonna to be quiet, like getting older 'serious' dramas. I NEVER expected him in the middle of toxicity. I also hope he's on a short term/ trail. At 'ZUI' he tended to find work himself outside the agency. So I don't think by choice he'd want to be a tag to DD, if he had the choice😩.

I'm surprised they signed him as most of their talents are young idols. After the stunt they pulled: co-vid, birthday timing, 'red' marketing wit DD...I'm beginning to side-eye their lack of judgment. They should've known doing all that would piss off his fandom & bring hate onto WD.
I think it is poss when they did the movie, M.Y said he'll get LL&P as a gesture they were serious - so to not re-new in June...Praying it's a trial😭.
