This drama is saving my life right now. Itās so, so good on so many levels. The leads AND the secondary characters all deserve genuine interest, the c-drama Hamlet plot is being nicely executed, and the chemistry between the leads is glorious. But I wasnāt prepared for how hilarious this is. Canāt wait for the next episode.

I love how gently and subtly the feelings between them are growing. The writers/directors donāt feel the need to hit the viewer over the head with the obvious. Instead, we feel almost like weāre intruding on a naturally unfolding romance. I adore this drama.

Agree. And it's not poorly written for what it is-- there was no false advertising, it is literally called Dynamite Kiss. Anyone who read the title and promo content and viewed the trailer knew that they were getting into the kind of cosy trope-fest territory that some of us have been waiting for. Actually, no one is demanding you do anything. They are just explaining their own subjective motives for enjoyment, which clearly deviate from your own. Luckily people are allowed to express independent thought in many countries of the world, and theories on pleasure and enjoyment in media engagement allow for multiple perspectives and lenses.
You are the one implying that the only legitimate way to engage with this media is through a highly critical lens; your way or the highway. But some of those of us who have significant challenges in our lives e.g., chronic illness, stressful jobs etc. might not just wish to engage in media in a less hyper-critical, cerebral way-- we might need to, particularly if we have auto-immune conditions triggered by stressors. I'm basically just saying that everyone is different, and their choices for the way they engage in media are often reflective of a complex, whole person, with unique conditionings and views.
As long as it doesn't hurt you or anyone else, I say live and let live :) Feel free to do you, and allow others to interact with the media in a manner that aligns with their own unique needs and preferences-- you can avoid hypocrisy that way. Also, if it continues to bother you, you can just block all the users who think differently to you, and then you can live in a nice safe space where everyone thinks exactly like you do. You can start by blocking me :)

I totally agree with you, but I know that's also because in my 'normal life' I have a very demanding, cerebral job, so I'm looking for a chance to switch off and just swim in the feels. I also don't enjoy criticizing everything and I know that makes some people happy-- if I don't like a drama, I just watch something else. There's enough negativity in life without deliberately chasing it, but that's just my POV :)

Autumn looked genuinely hurt which was sad, but her shirt when she was being interviewed about it was hilarious š āno boyfriend no problemā! I still hope it works out for them, but Iām disappointed that his head got turned. Hopefully itās just a bad edit.
