I agree. I think it helps that he’s 100% my type. They generate excellent chemistry together and it feels really believable. To be honest, I’ve been disappointed by the writing on some K dramas lately, but so far the writing on this one is fantastic, and I think that also helps.

NYZ following Ru Yi like a puppy, and his smile when she says he can come with her at the end of EP 24 really captures why he’s probably going to be one of my all time fave ML characters. LYN brings both uncompromising strength and real sweetness to the role— perfectly cast.

Wow, episodes 15 and 16 were wild! How our Princess has been forced to grow is incredible— I just recovered from the multiple stabbings only to see episode 16 end on the Marquis and Yuan Zhou showdown and cliffhanger. This show is SENSATIONAL and keeps serving epic scenes with great acting, writing, editing and directing.

The actress was incredible in that scene. I had chills! Completely forgot it’s not real.
