Definitely some lose ends, but overall, I liked it.
Also, just have to say, the running theme of the season seems to be trauma between this show, My Tooth Your Love, and Love in the Air, like, these boys need some therapy.
Okay, it was weird how everyone was angry at Thua in part 3 for exposing them to the whole school and continuing…
The main issue is still super weird to me. Like, it's a strict school, but like, there are three protesters protesting... what? Everyone just seems like an emotional mess. Maybe in ep 12 they can get a guidance counselor, that's what they all really need, lol
Nah, bro. Thua is trash. Straight up outed people, vandalized, and took advantage of a multiple classmates' depression and anxiety. Speaking of, Akk needs professional help. There are definitely too many parallels with Di and like, our baby Aye is precious, but he should not be taking it upon himself to fix everything wrong and make it so Akk wants tomorrow to come. Not even going to get into this BL meta film, lol
So I was listening to Heartbeat by BTS and felt it vibed with these guys, then I looked up the lyrics. Insane: If I was only by myself If I didn't know you Maybe I'd have given up Lost at sea
I been calling your name in this universe
So many wanderings, being lost endlessly It was you who led me through the labyrinth
Can someone please make a vid for this? I cannot, lol
Yeah, not the choices I was expecting....The fact that Tun just ran away without him and Talay discussing anything…
I would've: Had Talay/Tun have more of a convo about how their lives changed Made real Tess less of an asshole. When Puen would go see him, he'd be sad Tun left because he realized he liked him too or something along those lines. Then they could get a chance in their world. Had Talay go ask about the portkey, find the note that Puen left with something along the lines of "I liked you since the first moment you put that dumb hat on my head" and with his name so Talay would be like, DUH. THEN I'd have Talay go to his spot with the same melt down, but maybe only a week, not a month. Talay's life would be a little less messed up and he'd have a more difficult time finding Puen. Meet cute in the greenhouse is fine. episode should've ended there, though
Ok, I'm done.
Next week looks a mess. Also, for the record, I really like this show and the concept and the actors, but the writers just keep making really weird choices
Yeah, not the choices I was expecting.... The fact that Tun just ran away without him and Talay discussing anything makes zero sense to me. Didn't Tun want to know why he woke up next to him in his world? I also really did think Tess/Tun may have gotten together in the other world, but I guess not.on ALSO, in terms of the portkey thing... is it normal for only one of them to go back at a time? And if why would Tess.Tun be each other's portkeys? They did not improve themselves the same way Puen/Talay did, I thought that may have had something to do with it, but who frigin knows. I was also expecting Talay to have more of a flashback to when he met Puen like, OH COURSE I love that guy....but that realization was also pretty lackluster. As was the note. Wow, I had a lot of issues with this ep, lol.
Just wondering, is this episode count right? I thought Prapai and Sky would have half the eps focused on them, but with ep 7 clearly being about Payu/Rain, now I'm confused.
(Spoilers maybe?) So based on real Tun's reaction, you'd think real Tess and Tun were maybe together in the other universe, but based on the preview next week, Tess was all, woah, no hugs, so now I'm confused. I hope they are together.... and we get a little moment of Tess/Tun happiness... I do like this show, but the dynamic set of for Tess/Tun seems way more interesting to me than Puen and Talay, but I guess we shall see.
Like others, I feel like this show had a ton of potential, but now it's going around in circles. Also, the writing is getting worse, my goodness. I feel like there's also a lot of confusion at the end of today's episode. Like, is it a love confession or a portkey confession? It just seems off, like, y'all can have feelings for each other without being portkeys, but yeah, I don't know. That whole scene was weird to me.
Just here because it's Sunday and I miss this show. Seriously feel like it did not get enough hype for how good it was. AND THE MUSIC. Like, damn. That's all.
I see why some people are confused about when Tun/Puen switched. What I don't get is why Taylay was so drawn to Tun before that switch happened. He was CONVINCED that was his guy even though nothing happened yet. Would have liked a little explanation of that. Anyone know if there's more info on that in the book?
The caliber of this show is just insane. Also, does anyone want like a side story of Tess and Tun in the other universe? I want to see Ohm and Nannon navigating the same way, like, they have to be each others key, too, right? And... they'd end up together.... no? Too much hopeful thinking? Ok, I'm done
