This show was mature and messy af, and had me coming back every single week. I feel like with the BL overload this year, it's been more difficult for me to get invested in a show. I planned on watching so many and then didn't, or the plots were redundant. This show was such. a breath of fresh air, and so many of our faves who were able to spread their acting wings. My god, does Khao deserve every frigin award for his role on this show. And Neo is right up there. Like others, I don't know if we need a S2, but I wouldn't be mad if we had one if the story was good enough...

I think she had very bad anxiety, along with her mom and the pressure, she got stage fright and couldn't perform. That's why she quit. She only was able to start singing and writing again after she met Won Joon because she was just an overall happier person. A lot of this is expressed in her speech in ep 9 As for becoming a soloist, I think the group couldn't go on without her, the tried, but people just wanted her. So when she went back, the terms were different, she had creative control. I can be wrong about all of this, but this is my understanding of it all.
So, it's been a minute since I finished a Kdrama....I keep starting them and get bored, or don't have the attention span to finish. This was the perfect legnth, and I binged it in two days lol. Idk, this one just reeled me in. I absolutely loved it. The side characters didn't even annoy me that much lol. I am confused why there are so many mixed reviews, but to each their own.
I'm just so confused why GMMTV is doing so many remakes of successful Japanese dramas. Will I watch it? Absolutely, but I wish they got new material to work with
Just here to say I think this is the greatest idea GMMTV has ever had. Is the writing perfect? No, but the VIBE, the BOYS, the CUTENESS, the NOSTALGIA is EVERYTHINGGG
They got the casting right the first time.... Seriously though, I was like, how could they miss with this? So disappointed. I wanted this to be like the last episode of Fish Upon the Sky, little flash forward to see how they're doing. Imagine seeing Gun making actual music, Tinn doing rounds....idk. Even if the flash forward at the end was them being like, wow, weird dream, and a little snuggle or something. So much wasted time on the redone dance scene and songs, ugh. Ok, I'm done. I was looking forward to this one so much 😞
