putting the acting skills aside, this man is sooo fine !! lol
he caught my eye in Long Ballad and even more in TLoA.
his acting isn't even THAT bad either. I don't get it. T-T

edit: i only watch costume dramas and have seen the two dramas with him in it so far.
even with the two i have watched, i still don't think his acting is bad as some netizens have said

when i say pretty, i generally mean attractive.
i just personally think he's -attractive enough- to play bigger roles, in terms of appearance alone.
he may not be the most eye pleasing but im just like whattt cause i like him a lot lol.

gosh i really like how XN and XH are now on good terms. you don't really get a good sibling relationship in these dramas, there's always something.

but it would be more reasonable as to why ZZ wouldn't choose to love XN again or at the very least keep his feelings buried/reject her. experiencing what he did in the past, he probably doesn't want to make the same mistake again even if XN has changed.
ZZ+XN will always be in my heart in another timeline TT lmao

ik YWS is most likely acting the part in her being "weak" and inferior to SGQ but it really does hit my nerves how she just "goes along" with SGQ's schemes/plans. ugghhh i am not a patient person lmao

rooting for Elder Sister and Jin Fan lmaoo. also lowkey wanting Shangguan and Wei Shan to become at the very least friends than just colleagues cooperating with one another ( though i do doubt that will happen) so far, im really liking the drama :D

Yu Shuxin looks sooo pretty oh my gosh (๑>◡<๑) honestly, the serious/edgy roles really suit her

i didn't read the novels or anything so im not sure if they portrayed him differently but gosh i really can't see CX being a suitor in this circle of a harem. He's so plainly more of a protective brother than anything else to me.

i -wouldn't- consider this a trash drama but it didn't have a strong impact(?) not to discredit the acting, story line, ideas, etc but i believe I have seen better(to my tastes). it just felt lacking in some way and in my view the romance of each couple lowkey felt subpar as well. im not saying I disliked the drama, i did like it but there was not enough oomph(?) for me to consider this a -great- drama :3
