She has worked in the industry for years before starting her youtube channel, she is one of the only cdrama reviewer, she always does thorough reviews, bring cultural context, is very honest in her like and dislike. I dont always agree with what she says but thats normal we’re different persons so we will have different opinions, I just love hearing her thoughts and feelings about a drama, I find her very entertaining ❤️
Yun Yeong has made a clever observation that we could possibly only have one episode sub/day (outside of the two first episodes that were belatedly subbed)!
If we take a close look at the airing schedule, the « basic » airing schedule(not VIP) is one episode a day outside of the two first airing episodes on the first day . Unless Croton/Viki have negotiated for a VIP airing scheduling , we could only have one instead of two episodes sub/day and we should have to wait november to see all these episodes subbed.
Fun Fact: Steven Cheng, this drama director was one of the two directors behind The Untamed ✨ So I trust him to know how to pace properly this drama, and its no wonder so many people commented how they didnt even know how they ended up watching the 6 episodes in a row!
seeing quite a few comments about it being all over the place but I'm not seeing that? you know xianxia dramas…
I agree I saw that it was « messy » so I started watching thinking I was going to lose braincell, but absolutely not. I think its pretty clean on the contrary, they did not info dump us like crazy, gave space to the protagonist to come to life, its properly paced. I really dont have any complain about the directing.
