Youku and MangoTV are really bad about English subtitles . Wetv and IQIYI always premier with English Subtitles.
Nobody can top Mango they subs 4 episodes using google translate and thats it. At least there is hope with Croton/Viki when its Youku and they sometimes provide them directly like they did for Immortal Samsara.
