I think Youku dramas usually lack production but have the best writing and stories, IQIY have good production but less engaging stories (IMO) and Wetv have the best production and CGI, some good stories, but the worst writing most of the time.

I think it should be 8.9 or 9.0 because it really stands out in the Xianxia genre

Keep watching some episodes it will probably grow on you as the story develops if not, it is not for you. But the ML really shines after ep 12.
