I agree, and I would add he feels a weird insecurity towards Lishan academy since the beginning. He would get mad if she talked about it and tell her to go back there if she liked it so much in the bath scene. He also said he should be grateful for Lishan grace when he found she planned the bandits thing. He would always bring it up when he got angry with her. As if a person of Lishan was a higher standard than him and that he did not like her having Lishan on her background. Only after knowing everybody there was dead he could forgive her, as if now he could believe she did love him, not pitied him, because she didn't have that strong backing as he thought she had.

I don't think I ever seen a character as pitiful as YeLi in CDramas, compared to her, LinShu had it easy in Langya Mountain full of friends and hot boiling water.

That was a punch on his face, ML has been getting angry with her so many times since she married him, and she never got angry with him, but he never realized that.

They don't give it the the same time it releases for vip members I think so people with money actually pay for the official platform release.

The senior scene also didn't make sense to me because her senior didn't know previously that YeLi was away, so when the ML showed him the letters, his first reaction was to ask, in a highly emotional way, where YeLi is. It would be expect his senior reply him something about the letters first, or even reply the ML in calm but slightly confused manner, before discovering YeLi was gone and lashing out. But the way they did was so unnatural and broke my immersion. But I hope and believe ep 32 will be much better.

It is because everything is too forced, as if instead of characters living the plot, the plot is overwhelming the characters. The lines spoken are not convincing and doesn't make sense with what has been told and done in previous episodes. Everything is happening, the plot is moving, but the substance is not making sense so we keep trying to make sense of what we are watching instead of immersing in the story. It was how it felt to me.

It looks messy and frizzy, I genuinely find it ugly. I don't like the "hair turning gray" trope on normal conditions, this one is even more off-putting for me

The burning paper scene was pure torture, why would he even do that, it was mean and unnecessary, out of character for him to just crush her feelings like that.

I can't even find the words to express my anger, I can only say right now is "lazy writing", nothing makes sense! It felt like he lost his memory of all the things he went through with her, to divorce her for no good reason, only to suddenly her senior says two words to him, about things he already knew, and he instantly regrets everything, so he regrets when her senior talks, but when she talked he didn't care to listen, it does not make sense, so out of character!
