From interviews I see that Sang Yi and Seon Ho are really close already. So I assume we'll get bromance instead of love triangle and even if we get love triangle it won't be exaggerated much.
There is not much character depth in movie neither any background story.

If I'm not wrong when she was in restaurant eating seaweed soup the network was working fine and I remember her saying also "The network was fine when I was in restaurant/ that area". And the gauze she bought from medical was before going to the restaurant. After she left the restaurant all the froze thing happened regarding the ATM machines and network.
