It's not that admin don't want to add. It is not produced by any of the 6 countries MDL keeps record of. "Minari" is also a example it's a USA production film korea has no involvement in it's production. So I don't think you can blame MDL or admins here.

Its a medical drama. Which is not everyone's cup of tea. I'm a great fan of this drama tho. Many people don't find it comfortable to watch some particular scenes which have chances to trigger them like blood or surgeries.
