Only ZLY drags in others all the time. When she thought Zhang Yimou could make her big, she pretended to be sociable and did lots of promotions. Who said she's unsociable? She's never consistent. The film Jiang Yuan's Lane AKA She's Got No Name came out but I already said I'm boycotting it, YM got very good reviews for her acting and work ethics, humbleness and humility. But I am still mad. I don't even know where anyone can watch that crap but I heard it's so bad although YM did well.
Film/drama about domestic abuse is just not something that interest people, however, if there is a story to tell and in a compelling way as well, people will definitely watch and even if viewerships is small they will leave good words. This film fails because whoever is in charge only cares about the dramas behind the scenes. He starred Zhang Ziyi as lead, only because she is a big name but doesn't know how to put her to use. He thinks Lei Jianyin has better box office so he gave him lots of scenes, and although he is a great actor, he did well, they slowed down the plot and they need a 2nd part. They knew about how nasty Zhao Liying markets, especially the way she markets very evil things about YM, yet, they put the 2 actresses in one show just to get hype. They trusted Zhao Liying cause she brags so much about how she's a better actress and all that, she seems to have more fans and supporter, so they let her pick if she wanted to play Xilin (a writer) or Wang Xumei (a prisoner). Zhao Liying chose to play Xilin, the writer. Perhaps it's due to her being an illiterate in real life, she failed to understand the role and performed horribly. Now she is marketing how she would do so much better had she get to play Wang Xumei instead. Yang Mi played Wang Xumei, and did really well.
The director spoke up that ZLY wasn't able to act at all so he changed the storyline for her sake. WOW! Had it been others they would just ruthlessly get kicked out, they actually tailored the story for her and she doesn't even appreciate it. Even the screenwriter was so pissed at ZLY, he said he is not afraid of the waterarmy and dares to say publicly "YM acting skills are better than ZLY". Although YM got the upperhand, she doesn't play nasty media on ZLY. Unlike ZLY who is a bully and trash, YM has a good heart. It just pissed me off that they trusted this nasty trash ZLY and invited her to the show, she refused to show up at any of the promoting events and even has the thick face to brag on the media that she doesn't steal spotlight like YM. I can't stand her. The directors and team should put ZLY in her spot and call her out for her nasty attitudes. Back then, YM was truly busy and couldn't promote The Painted Skin, she got criticized so harshly. ZLY is not even busy and purposely wouldn't promote anything because she is jealous she didn't get to play the female lead, and they don't even say a shXt to her. Even when Zhang Ziyi tries to interact with ZLY, she ignored her messages and then buys hot searches to brag about how she's so cute, honest, pure, and innocent. She's saying it like she's so special bc she's not like others (YM), acting fake and licking their seniors assXes. I'm just glad the film is a failure, it really deserves it. Invite trash to be in your team, all you can produce is trash. YM doesn't owe them a shXt because she did all she could, she performed professionally, and promoted everything professionally.

Why would her relationships not be questioned? She actually buys so much hot searches saying while others have scandals hers is clean when it is not. She was dating countless people, whether if it was for roles, hype, or real affection, they all suffered from the relationship except her. What did she lose from it? Others suffered and she still playing victim here. Feng Shaofeng was accused of being a playboy and his mother being snobby, they are the real victims.
