This is literally my last straw with Soo Ryeon, she knows what Hee Taes dad is capable of and instead of being honest she lied like a little coward and put her friend in danger. Hating Hee Taes dad is a given but for me I actually tried to like Soo Ryeon but there is just no ways at this point, she is too self centered for a person who claims to be fighting for peoples rights.
Soo Ryeon is so selfish because Myeong Hee literally told her she wants to date Hee Tae and the only thing she could think about in that moment was herself and her own families needs. So frustrating.
I was not supposed to start another drama this week before I finish mouse, taxi driver and my other CW but this one has caught my eye, unfortunately it’s so good lol so I’m adding one more to my CW haha !!! It’s unpredictable and the way the story is flowing so far has been so interesting.
might be unpopular opinion but why is the ML so rude to soo ryun? Especially cause he went along with the lie…
Probably a trigger for him because of how she acts as this “mighty protester” who is in fact actually just a privileged rich girl who can act out and not face real consequences. Idk if you’ve watched ep. 4 but you can see in the flashbacks that his one friend from university was also involved in protests etc. and would bring him students who got injured during the protests to get treated and the friend never took responsibility for basically traumatizing him with all the injured victims he (the ML) had to take responsibility for because they “couldn’t” go to a hospital.
I’m really trying my best not to hate female characters in dramas anymore but Myeong Hees friend is DRIVING ME INSANE I AM GOING TO FIGHT HER SHE IS SO SELFISH
If I may add - the chemistry between the two leads is insane. I didn’t know how I’d feel about them at first because I’ve already watched them together as brother and sister but they proved me so wrong !!!
I know we’re only on ep 2 but I don’t know how I feel about Soo Ryeon (the friend) - it seems like she has the right intentions but at the same time she is just a spoilt rich girl trying to rebel against her dad & after she’s done rebelling she can just go back to her rich life whilst the people who are actually fighting for a reason will end up suffering.
I think 7.8 is an appropriate rating for this drama and I don’t think it is underrated at all. The cast in this drama included so many big household names in Korea and more people were interested in the beginning because of that + initially the plot was good & was making sense but then it went downhill and that’s when I was super disappointed with it so I dropped watching so I think that’s why most people are giving it the low ratings.
first but this under spoiler please......and did you watch the show probably? it was clearly shown that he was…
I just finished episode 14 and yes I did watch properly lol. From what you are telling me:
1. Why did BR put Bong Yis button on the body of his victim and why would Bong Yis grandma automatically assume that BR is the killer when we saw in the earlier episodes how much she adored him ??? so she suddenly went from adoring/trusting him to thinking he was a murderer because of Bong Yis button which could easily have been mistaken for another persons button.
2. Fair enough for them to say he supposedly faked the leg injury I guess but again that makes no sense because he went to the hospital after getting injured and I am sure they would have been able to detect that his injury was fake and not give him crutches/a cast.
3. Even if his leg injury was fake like they want us to believe - how did he get from the broadcasting station to the church to kill the pastor so quickly ???? the timing also MAKES NO SENSE.
The drama is good (primarily due to the cast) but the script is written poorly and you cannot deny that.
