I get what you mean. ML used the deceased father card, but I don’t think it was done on purpose (we can agree to disagree on this). But, SML also went to FL’s younger brother and straight up asked him what’s her biggest weakness is. Now, I’m a firm believer in SML right to pursue FL until she rejects him or gets with ML. We saw FL formally rejecting SML yet SML kept pushing the issue. It was hard to watch FL pleading with him to stop multiple times.
More fun? That SML is one of the worst objectively. Never in my life see FL crying and pleading to be left alone. She literally had to beg SML to stop pursuing her and that she has chosen to be with ML.
And let’s not mention how SML took advantage of FL. Telling her she’s cute when she was drunk enough to black out and going in for a kiss, yuk. There are MLs out there who wouldn’t kiss their own Wife when she’s drunk because they feel it’s not right (Blossom C-Drama)

The SML still gets a crazy amount of screen time though. The supporting actors really have very little screen…
Another one of those dramas where ML falls within the first 3-4eps just for FL to discover her feelings for ML right as SML confesses to her around ep 7-8. And then SML will tell her the whole you don’t gotta answer right now bs so that’s another episode there before moving past love triangle
so I think it happened in episode 8 or 7, but it was the most underwhelming getting together from the mains...…
It’s like noona romance except FL somehow ended up with her ex instead of the younger guy. Definitely feels like the leads are two strangers pretending to be in love. Sml probably knows this current version of FL way more than ML.
