if a drama interests me... I'll try at least 5 ep to see if it clicks and if not I'll drop it (depends on the length). Occasionally I'll try again at a much much later time.
Took me almost 3x for nirvana in fire....I dropped it before ep 2....this is where i learn that i need to give things a few more eps....my 3rd try ....i actually really "tried" it and was hooked.

Truth......when i rewatch drama there is always something that i missed the 1st time around.
The couple few eps...we are trying to connect names to faces...ect...following the set up plots...i had to rewind a few times because i missed somethings.
I see people complainimg about the ML disguise and FL not recognizing him.....heck i couldn't really remember what he looked like for a bit....to me he looked similar to the general w/the gotee.
Someone mentioned earlier that she didnt really see his face. I agree. She barely seen his face....on the boat her main Focus is the general. She could care less to remember his face. Heck i watch up to 3 ep before i was able to distinguish/recognize the differences between characters....some hairstyles and features are similar
A "strong " characters is a matter of perspectives. Being strong doesn't necessarily mean they always make smart choices....heck none of us have

What it does have is heart. The 3 misfits loners were a family.....sniff...sniff....
I liked all of the characters which is rare for me. The villians were smart and wasn't annoying. I like the comradery.
It was a well match chess game.
Again with any drama. It will either click with you or not.
I don’t expect anything less from the princess Weiyong.
Rinses and repeat with the annoying villian having 20 lives.
The F.L. leads get accused like 50x. Rolled eyes....
