I was 1 of those that thought this was an over hype show. My go to is romance. I'm not a HUGE fan of politic either and felt that the political aspect wa9 so bad or annoying.

I like seeing the battle of wits...of the strategists....
They are playing a very witty chess game with endearing characters.

Yes it was slow and boring.

I guess he suspend his beliefs better than I do. He can easily turn his brain off and watch. I can't always do so....

Even in fictions I feel it's bad to cheat. My morals can't handle to watch that.

I do like that it shows grey area in people.

Not my cup of tea to watch someone hurting someone with no remorse.

The beginning was sort of funny. But ya I was bored as well but kinda skim through. Like he had no1 and then another deception.

Lol I was discussing that with my brother. He was watching a new show Society and I was so fixed on the illogical reasoning and how everyone is soo dumb.

He goes. It's a fantasy, how is it logical that a whole town/society disapeared?It's not suppose to be logical. You watch G.O.T. and suspend the believe.

Hahaha...as I watch with him, all I did was ask questions and go, that don't make sense hahahaha....

My point is it depends on the drama....sometime I can turn my brain off and enjoy and sometime not so much...it helps that I went into this drama with a high concept that it's a fantasy and will make absolutely no sense in all aspect.

I didn't find it cute and fluffy...there was too much angst and the M.L.....poor baby...

I hear ya, sometime I can suspend my belief in the illogical fantasy depending on the feel of a drama and sometime I'm so fixated on it and can't get pass it.

The way I see it ...the M.L. is a bit delusional as well.

I love ...love this drama ...I don't like too much angst but this was an amazing drama.....1 thing did annoy/bug me but it was done well enough where I can understand and emphasize.

Mmmmm....heck 16 eps is too long....I hate long drama. They better have good OTP scenes and interactions and not filler with misunderstandings.

Not all.....bride for rent...that M.L. is manly. Him and his love team are cute and their movies are as well...like most pinoy movies...simple and easy watch with some life lessons.

I think I can handle a movie vs. The series....at least I won't see the F.L. tortured so much...mmmm...wonder who like be the leads....

I didn't watch it because I'll probably break my TV hahaha.
....but I saw clips on IG and the actors are wonderful.... I'm not keen to too much tragedy and angst....poor F.L. she keeps getting trample over.....their performance is really good and I liked their cut scenes together.

Just started this, so far it's ok. Like most I dislike the youngest girl and her pairing the most. Unfortunately it is her character I can't stand. It's nothing crazy but I find her annoying. She kills the mode for me. If her character was different I probably like it more.

I do like the other 2 pairing.

By the end I'm am kinda rooting for the villains. That's what those assholes get for what they did. My thoughts also is why is everyone so dumb....hahaha...I felt like 80% of the ppl suck. I didn't care if the emperor stay on the throne hahaha

I like the F.L. though....she didn't let "love" hold her back from her goals.

Why wasn't he in the #2 one (his character that is) as the badass rogue uncle. TS had a flashback about him giving the armor. He was only a few years older than him. His character is diff. Alive.

Yes the villains were smart strategists as well. I appreciate that.

I love all the ML comradery. The ppl were all awesome characters.

It is a good drama. I liked pretty much all the characters and watched the villains because I will miss out on something. The team in general were all fun to watch. I love Fei L. He needs his own drama.

Although I didn't get hook until the 2nd try...

I was the opposite. It slowed down for me towards the end. The beginning lure/ mystery was very engaging to me and fei lui....actually all the characters were pretty good...I think I ffw about 15% of it
