I gave up on this show . Episode 21 was my last. From what I’m reading, I am not missing much. When or if things change and GJ gets a back bone and starts his revenge, a la Glory, I’ll pick up from that point because I would love to see the whole dry cleaning family, TW and the chairman going down good and painfully, completely destroyed. Yes, even idiotic DaRim. Ok, the aunt, MuRim and his wife could be spared. Besides, the shame of being connected to a family of thieves should be enough punishment for them.

Totally agree with you. Episode 21 was just silly. I fast forwarded most of it. Episode 22 is not looking any better. KJH is a great actor but that can only take this bad every thing drama so far. I’ll wait for his next project.

I felt sorry for TW at that moment. It had to have been embarrassing for him to have his supposed adoptive mom tell the chairman to take him because they don’t have enough room in their house. TW is a 30 something, why does he need to move with anyone. Why can he get his own place. Doesn’t he own a few buildings?

Is the Chairman starting to change? He seemed to be stunned and affected by losing his family. Maybe this is a turning point for him. I believe he loves his wife and will reconcile with her. He bought the house to protect her, after all. I don’t see Ji Yeon registering the divorce either.
Bong Hui is just too much. The woman has no class. She heard he and his wife are not living together and is trying to dump his son there. Come on, women! TW is not a child and they are strangers. Also, as a mother, she should understand that one son does not substitute another. In ways that matter more, KJ is more his son than TW and he seems to be missing KJ.
TW, by his on admission, knows nothing but ironing and is considering a corporate director job? The Chairman would have to be a complete idiot to hire someone so unqualified. No, I don’t see that. Chairman loves making money too much and cares just as much about public perception. On the other hand, it’s a soup opera and the plat has gotten silly so it could happen but out of character for the chairman.
I have a theory about the chairman and Bong Hui. I don’t believe the chairman ever liked or likes her as a woman. She is simply not his type. He likes pretty, more sophisticated women, which was and is not Bong Hui. I do think she liked him a lot back in college and was upset when he started to date Ae Ri. My theory is that Bong Hui is the one that spread the gossip about Ae Ri being a karaoke host. This cause not only his breakup with someone he loved but also embarrassed him around campus. Probably explains why he is so resentful towards her. Just my theory. Also, I’m really disliking this dry cleaning family, except auntie.

I’m getting bored with this drama. Is not making much sense either. You have a FL that is a complete immature idiot. Her sister very much a gold digger, nasty person. The mother and grandparents are thieves. The chairman is a selfish, arrogant, clueless and incapable of loving anyone but himself. His biological son seems to have same characteristics. At this point, I find the three loan sharks more likable than previous mentions.

My favorite character in this past episode was KJ mom. I’m rooting for KJ and his mom and hope they find happiness away from this bunch of hyenas. Darim is not a good choice for KJ. She is to immature, unsophisticated and capable of being very mean. KJ is too soft hearted for her. I hope he meets someone nicer, and becomes more successful them all of them put together.

I hope to see his mom growing more, becoming her own person, independent, making her own decisions and not following a control freak like what appears to be her soon to be ex.

I doubt this would happen, but it is what I would like to see.

Definitely want to see more of these two and less of the rest.

What does he have to make up for? She used him for sex not the other way around. And we are all guilty of telling someone we’ll call and then not call. Things looked different sometimes after we put distance and realized that it’s not the right time or person.

This episode was disappointing again. I was hoping to see ML moving on but didn’t happened yet. Glad that his mother decided to kick her selfish, arrogant husband out of her life, who now is going around like he is a victim.

Except for the ML and now his mom a little, I don’t like any other character. The Lee sisters are more alike than I thought and not cheering for the FL to end with ML anymore. She is pretty annoying and so immature. I mean, is she supposed to be 30 or 13? Of course that is not possible in dramas for the FL not to end with ML, but I would applaud if the writers decided to be innovative here. KJ deserves better than DR.

I thought CR as well, but if she did this, it was out of pure hatred towards KJ, which I still don’t get why she hates him.

There is no way she knew the connection between TW and Chairman. Otherwise, she would have been all over TW much earlier.

I’m curious as why is this. A person can’t have a private life if the company pays for your MBA? Your private time is not the company’s business.
Is there worst than public humiliation and shaming someone? Is this even legal? Not in US! ! Does this really happens in SK? It sounds like a human rights problem violation.
I got my degree paid by my previous company but this never even came up. Of course, if I failed a class I had to reimburse the company. How I spent my personal time was not questioned.

Crazy thing is that in previous episodes she gave KJ the go ahead to pursue her (the sandwich sharing episode- unless translation was inaccurate ). Now, it appears she will be heartbroken over TW. She is clueless as for what she wants or the writers are messing with us.

I just finished episode 18 and don’t know how i feel about this drama anymore. The only character I like is Kangju., but for God’s sake, he needs to get a grip and move on.
Ok, we know TW didn’t send the message, but DaRim is so stupid, it’s unbelievable she is the FL. Does she not know that airplanes have WiFi and also you can set up emails to be sent at any time in the future.
ChaRim has no f’ing class!! She is completely disrespectful and a despicable human being. That scene at the restaurant was too much. I hope she gets fired soon. Even if she has some talent, she was the weakest link of KJ team because she is impossible to get alone with. He really had to have done a lot of work to get his project approved quickly, which they’ll get credit for.
I don’t even want to get into the chairman and his bio son. They are really alike, but not in a good way.
Considering everything, I think the brother, Muri, maybe the only decent one in that family.
I was hating KJ mom because she could be so clueless! Although, there seems to be hope for her. We’ll see in next episode. I hope she kicks out that arrogant, selfish, stuck up husband.

Of course not, these dramas are
predictably, but we can imagine what we want.

I felt like LCR was making fun of LDR when she confessed she likes CTU. Her family treats DR like a baby and she is a bit immature, but felt bad for her. What happened to the DR that so on point confronted her siblings? Where did she go? By regaining her vision, she appears to have regressed mentally.

KJ should reject her now. Maybe find a prettier girlfriend

I hope the chairman and Bonghee don’t start a relationship. I don’t like them together. I’m not a fan of neither. Also , he already dropped her once without a second thought. She would be done to go there again. Don’t forget she did steal the money, which is a lot worse than what his wife did and would cause him much embarrassment when it comes out.

I got that only when mom told the thug that her dad built the house and put her face in the entrance. Also, the chairman met his wife thru her father and wondering if he got a loan from him. Can the company be partially his wife? If not, how is the wife going to be able to afford the maintenance of such big house if all her money was stolen.
It seems like KJ will have to pay back for his MBA. Poor KJ! He may have to start from nothing.

I’m beginning to dislike not just ChaRim, but DaRim and their mother are off putting. DaRim is just to childish and mom is not just a thief but way too forward. Wish there was a better FL.
