I really like the fact that the fl is such a flawed character. Usually, the fl is either a mary sue or someone who you want to support, but in this drama there are scenes where you can't help but dislike her. This makes it interesting, because I really don't know what the fl would do in the future. She isn't the stereotypical fl, she is someone more realistic. Anyway, when she gets her character development in the future it will be so satisfying.

I am loving the drama so far, but I can't help but laugh whenever they are fighting they stop the dialogue and just mouth their lines without any voice. It happened twice, once in the wheatfield when they were running away from the yangs and the 2nd time in prison. It looks so ridiculous.

Some people dislike the fl character, so maybe it is good that she isn't as aggressive. I like her tsundere personality but yeah poor zlh head might hurt if zjm constantly hits him lol.

Well the first 2 eps just sets the scene for them travelling back in time. From ep 3 onwards you start to understand the relationship the main characters have with each other and other people around them. There is flashbacks of misunderstandings they had in their past lives, so they try to change in their present lives and make themselves and people they cherish happier. The drama is very character driven, so it apends a lot of time on their backstoris. The first 2 eps are confusing, but assure you the plot makes more sense the more eps you watch. If you watch till ep 5 and still don't like it, then you should drop it because it might not be your type of drama.

Li Rong and Pei Wenxuan have such an amazing relationship. They really trust and care for one another. Even through they don't express their love for each other, their love is shown through their actions. I love the fact that there is no secrets between each other. They know each other more than other people in their life, and I think that is very special.

I haven't finished the novel, but so far it is the same as the novel. Only problem is that there is no internal dialogue so many viewers can misunderstand why the characters do things.
