I wished both of them survived. My perfect ending is that everyone thought Deuk Pal was dead, but actually he was in coma and admitted in a scret hospital. So, yihyeon's soul returns to his og body and Deuk Pal soul returns to his body and he wakes up from coma. I know it sounds cliche, but that would have been perfect.

This drama was a masterpiece. Story: 10/10, acting 10/10 and the feels 100/10. I loved how each character had a character arc, Jae Min went from being a mean and selfish bully to a courageous person who stood up for justice. Sae Kyung went from a weak and insecure child facing abuse to someone who was able to confront his father but still be a good person at the same time. And Deuk pal, he was my favourite character. He was so kind and acted as the father figure for the other characters. He always put others before himself and tried to help others out as much as he can. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the ending, I wished both Deuk pal and Yi hyeon survived, it feels really sad that Yihyeon didn't want to continue living. But I am happy that Deuk Pal survived, I just would be happier if both of them did. Anyway, this drama was amazing!!! Definetely reccomend checking it out if it is your first time watching 😊

Yes exactly, if the author is ok with it I don't get why people are complaining. It is the author's work and they have full control over it, if they don't mind censorshil then there is no problem.

I haven't fully read the novel but based off other people's comments it seems like the og yihyeon returns. But from the 25 chapters I read, Sae Kyung seems like he is interested in deuk pal because he is so different from Yi Hyeon. I don't know if tje attraction is romantic or if he is worried aboit the original yihyeon but there are parts where he is possessive over deuk pal which is weird since deuk pal is mentally older.

You have the right to dislike this drama, but you can't force others to dislike it. We like it because the plot is good. Go cry about your censorship, us fans are living our best lives.

So sad, I only rate drama low if the plot is bad. These people haven't even watched the drama and they are giving bad rating.

I think the og yihyeon (so the highschooler not the 47 year old gangstar) and sae kyung end up together in the end of the novel. But for majority of the novel Sae Kyung hangs around the gangstar and they have a sweet father and son relationship.

Yeah thats why I am glad this drama was made, because now it is popular and more people want to read the novel and manhwa so someone will translate it 🥰
