Good thing he is a support role in this drama. The other actors really makes me want to watch this drama though.

I am enjoying this drama so far. It has been quite a while since I saw a kdrama so while I watched this one I did cringe a few times because sometimes the plot is so unrealistic. Like the scene where she hugged the ml in the swimming centre gave me so much second hand embarrasment. I need to remember that this show is fiction, because whenever I watch a drama I pretend like I am the fl and feel embarrased whenever the fl does something silly. But anyway great start to the show, can't wait for the other episodes.

It is quite slow in the start but it does pick up. Most of us started getting obsessed afted episode 8, but if you are not interested that is ok. We all have different taste.

I guess opinions differ, I love the costumes, especially ZJM black and red one. She looks ethereal and so does ZLH. They have over 30 costumes and I think they all look good.

I think he is quite good. He is playing a character that is an introvert, so he is less expressive and mostly acts with his eyes. Later in the show, you will see him express himself more to the female lead and the viewers and you will appreciate his character more.

That is good then. Maybe she was feeling unwell or something. But it is good to resilient, bless her soul.

Low budget??? It looks high budget to me. I mean the costume and set design looks expensive. I am glad this drama is popular, definetely agree that it is thanks to her. But no hate, take it as criticism, she needs to improve her acting. Especially if she is acting alongside LXY who is quite good. I hope she takes note of the criticism, and ignore the hate, and improve and hone her acting skills in the future.

Even though she isn't popular, she still acted well. The difference in acting is jarring. If the guest actress wasn't there, JJY maybe would have been praised for this role. But now she is getting riduculed accross all Chinese platforms. Looks like the hate is affecting her mentally as well. She was very uncomfortable in her recent interview when they mentioned her acting. I hope she overcomes this.

Legend of yunxi is amazing, must watch!

Yeah I mentioned that earlier. I remember her acting very well in legend of yunxi, but her later dramas were disappointing. The only recent drama of hers I enjoyed was sword and fairy 4. I think this role is the trickiest role she played so far, hopefully she gained some feedback and can hone her skills for her next role.

Personally, I think it is the contrast with ZHHZ. Honestly both of them aren't the best actresses, but I think ZHHZ was more suited for the character. The drastic change of actresses didn't sit right with viewers, hence the massive hate. I think JJY should have continued playing the villainess because she did well in that, and ZHHZ should have continued being the mc.

It's hard to get over this drama isn't it? I keep rewatching clips, I need to stop but I can't.
