Thailand has great horror movies. I remember one of my first Thai movies was Art of the Devil around 14 years ago and it still one of the best horror movies I've ever seen. I'm a horror movie fan even if I cant sleep for days after watching one :p

Only non-romantic (or barely romantic) historical drama I can say I loooved. I was just getting warmed up to dramas when I watched, so the ending blew my mind away. I was not expecting it so the impact was greater than if I had been watching dramas for longer.

Some of the wigs are really bad to be honest but Thai historical dramas dont use wigs because the Thai cut their hair since long ago. Maybe try Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat? It doesnt have much war setting but you get to see semi naked warriors training *close enough*
