Woah..Naksu being an actual threat - this could also be the reason why JBY 1.0 trapped her. Being that strong of a soul that Naksu is, she overpowered JBY 1.0 in the same body, hence, JBY 1.0 barely clings to Naksu's soul.

I like how others theorized that JBY 2.0 might be the bearer of the fire bird as Jang Uk is to the ice stone. Naksu always referred herself as the bird on top of the tree.

Maybe this is the reason why JBY 1.0 trapped Naksu's soul into her body? She saw that energy in Naksu but Naksu's body is dying due to blood loss. She saved Naksu to preserve her from the doom of being an energy-craving soul shifter. JBY 1.0 also saved Jang Uk from soul shifting in Part 1 as she might be aware that he has the King's star. JBY 1.0 might already have known Naksu and Jang Uk's roles in the future.

I like how you patiently explain things. I'm getting impatient explaining or reading questions whose answers are obvious, if the viewer had just paid attention. Are they skipping or what? Each scene was there to explain something, and theres a reason why they had to show 30 episodes in total without sacrificing entertainment and details. They could have just used 16 episodes if they want to, but did not.

1. As others said, he has his book of morals where soul shifters are monsters that need to be destroyed. But since he liked Naksu and she seemed doing fine during the entire time they were with her in Part 1, he let her be, until the tragedy in ep20. He blames himself for not taking her away in Part 1. Not doing so consequently killed many in ep20. He felt responsible for the killings by Naksu.
2. The blood parasite is messing his mind too. For the entire 3 yrs, he was dreaming of being stabbed by Naksu or he's the one stabbing her. If you've been dreaming of it for the entire time, regardless if he's asleep or just sitting around, the tendency is to take action. As Mama Jin mentioned, the parasite can make the host mad.

I'm thinking of that too so I tried to empathize.

I suppose regarding Naksu, Park Jin was there to keep Uk under control by locking him up, and Uk reached a resolution that he will do nothing since his mere existence is partly at fault of what happened to Naksu and her dad.

When Yul was hurt, Park Jin was not there to pacify him, Yul did nothing wrong (in Uk's eyes) and he already reached a point when enough is enough.

The actress playing So-i is really good. She played such a complicated character perfectly. She can make your blood boil or pity her.

And some people are whining that there's no progress? This is also an important detail! 😩

It's mostly comedy, some tear jerker scenes too. Also has fantasy elements.

I heard there would be part 3. Naksu will be in CP's body. CP and Uk will finally get their happy ending in Part 3. 😆😜

Yes, for me the story is progressing too. You have to build up all the details and tension for the big reveal. People are just too excited for things to happen all at once. I'm happy that theres also progress for the other couples instead of doing that on the last episode.
