She still has the power to open the doors as a member of Jin family household. But going back to Jang Uk, Naksu didnt know he was there so the possible explanation is that the sword paved the way to open the barrier.

I dont think that the room wall had a spell. She just cant put the plates into the wall because she's not strong enough to do that. She was breaking out of the room through the window.
In ep7, she was just explaining that she cant roam freely in the gardens as she's not allowed, not that she cannot. Thats why its been her habit to hide everytime she sees the guards.
I have faith for a decent ending but then again I had faith she would find out on Xmas day. Rewatching pt 1 I…
I still think it's not JBY who opened the door, but the sword itself recognizing the location of its original owner (Naksu). When Jang Uk struck the soul shifter against the wall, the sword pierced the barrier.
Naksu's soul will disappear. Jang Uk will be heartbroken again.Naksu is guilty for stabbing Jang Uk. Thats what…
I was explaining why Jang Uk's birth indirectly caused Naksu's family death. This was brought up by Park Jin, right? When they were in the secret room? This poses the problem - starting from Jang Gang, Uk's biological father. I was answering the main question - why would the couple cause each other pain. π And yes, I agree that AoS can be good, I'm not against the idea but based on Daeho's laws, it's forbidden. So justifying its use can bring problems to the couple.

Yup! But there was an episode in Part 1 that showed Jang Gang regretting not closing Jin Mu's energy when he was already manifesting lust for power. So the aftermath, Jin Mu is doing all sorts of schemes, Naksu's father was controlled by the bells then killed his whole family and raising Naksu as an assassin then eventually killed her. Jang Gang knows alchemy of souls is a forbidden sorcery and of course he knows the history. It should have stopped at Shaman Choi's end when they caught her.

Yup! But it rooted from Jang Gang's curiosity. Naksu's father might have been one of the test subjects when he was trying out AoS. JG also hesitated in closing Jin Mu's energy gate when he knew that Jin Mu is already being blinded by the ice stone's power. Thats why I thought he was careless too. π
I dont understand. I mean, they both missed each other for a long time, they should have just tell each other…
Naksu's soul will disappear. Jang Uk will be heartbroken again.
Naksu is guilty for stabbing Jang Uk. Thats what pains her.
Naksu is a soul shifter but Jang Uk loves her so much. He will always choose to protect Naksu. Unfortunately, to protect Naksu from petrification or disappearing, Jang Uk will have to use sorcery which is forbidden. He doesnt care about moral codes. He might be punished for it just because he wanted to protect the love of his life.
Jang Uk's birth (being the son of the late king) indirectly caused death to Naksu's family. If not for the constellation plate and Jang Gang's carelessness or curiosity on alchemy of souls, her family would still be alive.
