Why didnt I watch this sooner?! I love it!

It was difficult for me to finish the first few episodes, but I'm glad I stuck with it. There were scenes that were supposedly cringey, but I ended up laughing so hard! Hahaha. The violent crimes team grew on me. ❤️

I felt like this didnt have to be 16eps. I commend the drama for the overall message it wanted to convey. HOWEVER, I have also my complaints.

I think they chose the wrong dr. Cha. She was supposedly neglected by her husband and devoted her 2 decades into being the housemaker who always hesitates to splurge, yet she seemed had a lot of botox on her face? Even if she has a dermatologist best friend, I dont think these treatments are free. I'm not against these treatments, but the character the actress is playing didnt fit her appearance.

She had a medical degree, license and underwent training, and yet she took something given by her mother without knowing the ingredients or the source? As a medically trained individual, she would have the instinct, logic and caution of what to ingest. She wouldnt have taken them that led to her liver disease.

I love Kim Byung Chul as In ho. He can really be funny. His scenes are the ones that I look forward to.

They're planning for season 2? I dont see the point.

If the sneakers that had mud and blood didn't fit his feet, how come this was not brought up in court during trial 10 years ago? his attorney could have argued that since the shoe didn't fit, the evidence must have been fabricated. Weren't the two shovels seen in the car during the investigation 10 years ago? How come the attorney didn't also verify the witness of the car accident and the voice heard by Da Eun's grandmother? Most of the things that were discovered in the present should have been questioned earlier on by the attorney if the police tried to cover up and fabricate, then the verdict could have a hint of reasonable doubt. Jeong Woo's family was well off, they could have hired the best or elite attorney there was who can carry out an independent investigation. They were all operating like whoever was Jeong Woo's attorney 10 years ago didnt do anything to acquit the client. It's not like they can't afford one. I would have 100% believed that there's nothing can be done 10 years ago if he was poor and can't afford a capable attorney.

I liked how the web of lies were woven and untangled. It's why I was drawn to the story. There were just a few things that bugged me:

This is my 5th drama watching Park Joon Hwa's directorship and I felt like the direction here fell flat. I liked his past works. He can even make a shallow romcom into something you'd rewatch to feel good. It's tagged as comedy but I can't remember a time i was laughing in this series unlike in his past works. There were a few moment but nothing stood out as really funny. Maybe the script was bad? Maybe he has a co-director?

The drama was ambitious and had top tier production, but somehow it lost spark along the way. I stopped caring for the characters. They focused so much on the aesthetics, but forgot to polish script. I finished it just for the sake of finishing it.

She doesn't remember her name, but she deeply ingrained Cha Eun Woo's name in her brain 😅

It' s funny that she's the one being called "gangster" in The Trauma Code. I also love her there. She's so versatile. 😊

I liked it! But it still depends on your taste.

I don't think so because they already exhausted both seasons 1 and 2 of the webtoon into one season of the drama adaptation, not due to commercial failure. And we know that Soo Ji and the rest of the class now know the impact and how to navigate the issue; hence, the "smile" in the end from Soo Ji.

Watched this for Bo Na, and I love her character's problem-solving. This drama's OST is one of my favorites!

Noticed that their classroom floor is like a chessboard, which represents the whole drama well.

The happy ending that's not cringey ❤️ still kept on laughing!

Here i thought that their glasses are indestructible. No other people but themselves who can break them 😅

Maybe because historically agent kim and minji had to move a lot when she was growing up ( security reasons for kim). Min ji already mentioned this early on that they move frequently
