It's a good drama. Kim Go Eun delivered. But my complaint is this: how come she did not die of covid19? I was…
I was also confused about Se Hun. I thought he was locked at the basement by Yun Su, he would stay there for about 7 days. How did he come out to play again in the game room when the basement was locked from outside?
It's a good drama. Kim Go Eun delivered. But my complaint is this: how come she did not die of covid19? I was really screaming inside when she's exposed like that! Haha. I also have a question in spoiler.
What happened to the other black spoons? It seems as though only half have competed so far, but they've already…
I guess, they cut the other black spoons like in season1. They only highlighted those with interesting personalities and dishes among those eliminated.
Rooting for Chef Song Jong Won! ❤️ He's so charming and amazing in Chef and my Fridge. I also root for Brewmaster Yun! I admire how she conquered her nerves! 😊 Hopefully, Chef Choi Kang Rok would advance far this time. Too bad he was in the wrong team last season.
I was hoping they could cast Webtoon Artist Kim Poong from Chef and my Fridge, even as a Black Spoon. Although he's not really a chef, he's so creative on his dishes that he beat Jung Ji Sun once and Cooking Maniac 4x so far (as far as I can remember).
Ep11 - why does somebody always keep something in a temple related to a dead kid/child? I remember Tempest, there's also a scene like that. Haha.
I just finished this series. I enjoyed it! I just dont like the romance between Si On and Philip. I see them only as friends/teammates. I skipped most of their dates. I didnt feel the spark. That's it for me. :)
the usb drive was pretty small and if youre creative enough, it is possible, but yes.And it's because her father…
Hmmm... if you meant when she was young, it's not her father who kidnapped her though. She was used by kidnapper to get the father go out from hiding..
Comedy scenes were on point! Hahaha. I laughed so hard!
I also liked Im Sol's best friend. I watched her roles in AoS, Extraordinary Attt Woo and When Life Gives Tangerines, she nailed each role, especially on this drama!
I really enjoyed the 1st half, but it felt very repetitive on the next half. I understand that this is exploring the effect on future by decisions made in the past, but since I binge-watched this, it felt like it was dragged towards the end. I only stayed because of the comedy.
I love the comedy! Haha. It made me cry too. But I felt a uncomfortable whenever "He" is being discussed or mocked. Good thing I could compartmentalize. I also felt the series was meant for 12 episodes, just extended one more to accommodate more product placements. Haha.
It was difficult for me to finish the first few episodes. Mr. Shin's tone and mannerisms felt like Dr. Romantic. He's still like the 'doctor' we know but retired and put up a chicken diner. Haha.
HOWEVER, this drama grew on me. I appreciate how they tackle the cases in the perspective, not only of the law or the victim, but also of someone who can use the enemy to make a move for the benefit of the majority.
they could've placed the infinite cooking hell as final round as this tested their endurance and wits as chefs. the winner got really lucky to sit out this round.
Tai Bai Long - "I lost, but I also won this round. I tried adding depth into my dish, but I could not captivate their taste buds in one bite. That is also my shortcoming."
Cook Yeon - "I won it too. But if I'm being honest, I feel like I lost somehow too. And my fault was trying to captivate their taste buds in one bite, so I could not add depth."
These two statements are contrasting, yet showed both of the cooks' strengths. I guess, the comments in here are the same. Some are looking for depth that they were not happy or disappointed with this drama. Some are just fine watching this drama as long as their "taste buds" or feeling entertained are satisfied (I fall in this category).
Depending really on your taste that you will have to see this drama for yourself. Please don't mind the comments or the reviews. There may be bad reviews, but there are good comments too! There's a reason why this was hyped. For me, it's a perfect escape from my stressful world!
i really dont get SOME of the hate comments like i can understand if its not your cup of tea but some of you really…
I share the same sentiment. especially the ones saying it's "overhyped". Viewership ratings on Nielsen Korea are consistently 1st on the list, also consistently on top shows on Netflix. So are they dismissing the intellect of majority who find this FUN? SMH. There are so many aspects to be considered on what makes a drama a success - and this won the hearts of the viewers through its entertainment value.
