Happy watching this. So amazing that they chose young casts who resemble older casts, except for Lee Hwon (main). No resemblance at all. :/ i wish they copied the mole on the nose of the 21-yr old to the 13-yr old Yeon Woo to be realistic. :)

So I have just started watching (I am at episode 5) and as much as I love most of the characters, can the lightning…
For me, she just doesnt know how to act. I get that the character was written that way, but theres something about the actress that turns me off. Maybe her voice and tone? Even when she is in her normal state like talking to patients and fellow nurses, i still dont like her.

I mean, Mun Yeong also gets jealous, but i dont hate her for that because the actress knows how to carry herself/deliver her lines. Other female leads in other dramas who also get jealous, i cant remember an actress who annoyed me as much as Nam Ju Ri.

Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
I’ve never had so much to say about a show I didn’t like, so like I just need to say it, if I had friends…
I see your point, but what happened to Gang Tae's personality could happen in real life. Breadwinners who lost their parents at young age could have that superman mentality - they should provide the needs of their family at the expense of their own happiness and independence because no one else can provide (what more if a family member has special needs). I can speak for myself.

Additionally, their mother molded Gang Tae's mindset, as young as he was, that he should be always at Sang Tae's side. How children were raised by parents could impact a person's choices in life.

It's not like he wanted to be controlled by his brother. Theres just nobody else who can truly take care of his autistic brother and can understand his trauma witnessing a murder. Thankfully, the elder brother had matured a bit to realize that Gang Tae has a life of his own. Maturity takes time differently for each person, especially for Sang Tae who is an autistic.

Super loved it! I laughed and cried especially at ep16. It's good that this showed that people who are mentally/emotionally unstable are also humans who just need to be loved and cared for. Autism can be viewed as a gift, not as an abnormality. Strangers, regardless of surname or blood, can still be called a "family".

Theres a right balance between the main plot and the side stories of the patients. They did not feel as fillers to me. Though some parts may be unrealistic, not a big deal. The focus on the lead trio was so beautiful that I felt like rooting for them as if they are real people.

I LOVE THE OST!

My only complaint - the actress portaying Nam Ju Ri is a bit off for me. I find her acting awkward or like a newbie. This would have been a perfect 10 for me if not for her.

For me, this is overhyped. The 1st 6 episodes were fine, but then got tired of the power struggle between the leads. I didnt like the ending for the son.

Surprisingly, i was more emotionally connected to the 2nd couple, their neighbor.

The acting was great. I hope Da Kyung will be given more lead roles in the future.

Good for Kim Young Min (Je Hyuk) - he's part of the cast of two dramas with the highest cable viewership this year as of this writing (CLOY and TWOTM).

I like the leads and how the supporting characters interact. I dont want the overall plot related to superstitions, but bearable since im a fan of romcom.

I just dont understand why they invested time in showing similarities between the lead and the chicken store owner that you would think they are related, but no!

It would have been also nice if the members of the development team of Zeze factory were given side stories where we can root for each of them. I bet they were hired because they have talent, right?

As part of the security of an IT company, isnt it a protocol that any office maintenance by 3rd party should be done during office hours? The security team should be aware of that. The heck.

I only pick a handful of slice of life dramas since I hate how slow they are, but I'm glad that I completed this one (since it's the same writer as Prison Playbook and Hospital Playlist which I both loved!). My only complaint is that I cant stand Bo Ra's character. As the eldest, I understand that she's authoritative, but not to that extent. It's really hard to watch her. She may have softened up a bit at the latter half, but still, I cant stand her. :/

I think there was too much focus on the medical parts... It was hard to follow and understand and so I got kind…
Then it wouldnt have been entitled "Hospital Playlist". :) Most of medical dramas navigate on how to deal with various kinds of illnesses.

Is the romance the central part of the story or more like a side story to the main medical one?
Side story.

A realistic medical drama. Unlike other dramas, this didnt have the 'case of the week'. It just shows everyday…
As for Jung Kyung Ho, why does he always play the part of falling in love with the younger sister of his best friend? XD

A realistic medical drama. Unlike other dramas, this didnt have the 'case of the week'. It just shows everyday life of doctors and patients. I've watched some medical kdramas and they just tend to be showing exaggerated abilities of doctors which i wonder if there are such doctors. Im glad Hospital Playlist didnt fall into that kind of trope.

I like the comedy just like Prison Playbook! There are so many cameos from PP as well.

Last episode - what is the meaning of Jun Wan's returned parcel? And what did he see or not see in the drawer?
About the drawer - I agree with K_Ke. That signifies that Jung Won wont be a priest anymore. He chose to continue as a doctor.

The returned parcel - Ik sun didnt want the idea of getting the ring. She gave an unknown address to Jun Wan so the parcel was returned. It's a hint of their break up. I could be wrong. Let's see in season 2.

who is the person in mental hospital where jin jae gyu see a hand which comes from a hole of the wall and also…
Not necessarily following him. Dong Baek thought he was following Jae Gyu, but thats not the case. Since Jae Gyu met him at the mental hospital, he pitied that guy and took him in. Jae Gyu hired his father as a caretaker, also helped him with that guy's meds. But for sometime, Jae Gyu had to leave Korea suddenly because of Eraser so he lost touch with the caretaker. The caretaker thought they were abandoned.

Aah..if you're referring to the one holding a hammer whose hands is with four lines, that's the caretaker's son. He tattoo'd in his body the sign of the senior soldier who abused him.

Sorry, I cant remember that scene with black gloves. But for sure, the one at the mental hospital and the person watching him feeding chickens is just one person and that is the caretaker's son who's gone crazy because of abuse. Dong Baek even gave them money so he could be properly treated.

The first murder committed by Jae Gyu was his wife and her lover when he was in his 30's. Isn't your last question related to this?
