Ok hear me me out. I do agree with the comments below about it being boring somewhere in the middle BUT it still has some charm. Very cliche? Yes but if you don't mind the innocent-love-slow-burn kind of romance then I suggest you give it a go! It was still cute and fluffy as far as romcoms go, there was still a bit conflict/misunderstanding as usual but not that frustrating imo so I hope there will be some people who watch it and like it as I did.

I will admit my positive comment is probably biased towards Tian Xi Wei because I really loved her in NLB ahaha

Loving their kiss scenes especially with the censorship going on. I can see why it's rated 8.2 at the moment. Plot is funny and cute not too draggy so far hopefully it's a steady pace. The actors are HILARIOUS and have very nice chemistry LOVE IT!

Pretty sure that's because she's just very shy around strangers but comfortable with her friends so it's easier to reject her friends instead of strangers, possibly?

Finally finished this drama after months and I didn't think it hooked me enough. I skipped a lot of episodes, while I agree the friendships was wholesome the romance aspect was kind of 'awkward', to me anyway. The chemistry for the leads didn't feel right..and was so draggy with a rushed ending ...
But I do like the fl cross dressing trope, it was fun.

I'm not sure when exactly but ML falls in love with FL quite early or somewhere in the middle. FL and ML are very cute and lovely since they know they both like each other. FL is just hesitant since Princess hasn't come back.
If you mean the FL getting together with the ML with her real identify then it's the last episode since there's some issues with the emperor. But it gets resolved and they get married.
