Hey can someone explain how Chinese censoring works? I was watching unchained love and the drama started feeling so disconnected. I learned from netizens that it was due to scenes being taken out due to censorship. I'm assuming it was because of steamy romance scenes. But here, we had the whole cave scene when ZLH looked like he was going eat BL's face off (not complaining) but how did something like this pass censorship while others like unchained love, nothing but you and many others just get totally cut?

I wish he opened his heart to Ning-er soonerrrrr. The actors just had overflowing chemistry. I wish they had more romantic screen time is all. Just more of the chase would have been fun

Loved it!! All the actors did fab job.... But i still wish they had reduced some unnecessary political tracks…
I totes agree. I understand thereās a lot of players in the game but I would have done just fine without them developing their stories so much. as for the romance, I wish so badly it started earlier and was much juicier from the get go. even a smile/stare by episode 5 and a hand hold by episode 8-10 would have been nice. but I was told even in the novel the romance started towards the endā¦bummer

I feel like both dramas had very late blooming slow burning romances. also very political. I was confused for both of these dramas esp at the very beginning. I also like XWās unconventional crazy male lead personality. manās crazy.
