they basically made all the most important scenes in the last 9-10 episodes, which conveniently were those that we had to pay an express package for. I liked this drama but i didn't LOVE it. also, the ending episodes with CSS almost getting killed 2 times by a knife in the hands of a jealous woman was like um okay, I just saw this though - we get it, people hate you. And I know the overarching theme of this story is revenge is bad, live your life and stare at the beautiful night sky but why they gotta create two new stories of revenge AFTER the whole LBY coming back 5 years later?? I didn't even have time to process why they were being so vengeful since those two stories kinda came outta nowhere.

Should have been the other way around if you ask me. 1 murder attempt and 3 kisses. 🙄

Hey team, I’m extremely confused by all the politics going on and the scheming, can someone please shed some light for me in plain English? I know CSS dad is being framed. What is going on with the Li guy that just got killed in the fire? Someone did that intentionally right? And why is Li’s wife telling them to go dig up those body’s 30 lis away? Also who were those bodies? And what were those four officials talking about outside of the majesty’s office? Who is Lou Ben and Ma rong? And Yan Zhong?

This is embarrassing bc I’ve watched every single episode but I can’t seem to follow all the details. Needless to say I’m really here just for the romance but I’d also like to understand the political side as well. I figured I’m missing out. Please help! TIA

Why us….?! This is probably the only drama where I always sit through the opening theme song. And that says a lot because I can’t wait to watch the next new episode

Ugh really? His mortal hair is too round. Make his slim face look like the ball. Hair and make up needed to have tightened the sides up a bit. And his clothes are too baggy looking. I would have preferred something more fitted and a pattern that looked less like my Chinese grandma’s curtains from the 80s

I didn’t read the novel so I don’t know how this ends. But I wonder if orchid’s backstory will make her more accepting of leveling shuyuntian. Maybe her family was destroyed by the shuyuntian emperor or something and she’ll be okay with her boyfriend annihilating the fairy realm. 😅 I also don’t like shuyuntian. The story does a good job illustrating the hypocrisy of that realm. Espesh when DFQC said why is it that only the upper crust gets to enjoy the sunrise?

I wonder if DFQC feels his power of hellfire weakening since his emotions are obviously flooding back. I also miss his serious brooding look… you can tell hair and make up has been softening up his looks. If you compare it to when he was reborn in Haitian Tower, his eye liner was intense. Now it’s all soft and rounded. I like him now too? But I just miss that side of him.

Ugh I hate to admit it but I feel the same about CH. I love this actor and I think he’s excellent especially for being a rookie. He’s also exceptionally wonderful to look at. But yeah his character has absolutely no dimension. Where’s his conflict and struggles? Yeah, you like her but you can’t like her. That’s all???? Definitely feel bad for him as he just seems to be a pretty face in a flowy costume here.

Absolutely CANNOT WAIT for him and BaiLu. I’ve loved ZLH since Maiden Holmes and I’ve loved BL since forever. But now I don’t know what I’m more excited for, their drama or Til the End of the Moon with LYX. Hehehe 🥰
