I just finished hello Saturday ep and came to find out if this has already started airing, and to my surprise, I'm hearing it's airing next year!???? Like whattt?? I was excited to watch this immediately
Let me also say big kudos to the actor who played Qi Yan and wen lang, gagged me and scared me so much. I was in a state of constant stress just because of his existence, almost as if I understood exactly how anxious hansheng felt half the time because of him and except he's a twin irl, his portrayal of qi yan and wen lang was so good, i could tell who was who and i could put the pieces together in the end.
This was the most mature love triangle I've seen. Otherwise I've always hated love triangles they never made any…
I have to agree. Like I completely understood everyone in this show, the triangle made a lot of sense and as much as I was rooting with my whole being for hansheng, I felt bad for Jiang Cheng, but the past is the past and life moves on.
I loved this one. Been a while since of watched a genre like this, so this one really got my attention from the get go plus the fact that I absolutely love cai wenjing and jing boran, their chemistry was so so so great and though some behaviors and certain things upset me along the way, it was very understandable given the situation. I loved this from start to end and I loved the ending as well. I was pleasant surprised that none of the leads died. A good 8.5/10 for me. Just to add, every single actor and actress did so good bringing their character to life as well. Kudos to the entire team fr! I know very well that I'll be rewatching this.
Just struggled to finish this. I really don't hate it, but it's not the best. I feel like with a couple adjustments it would've made me so satisfied, but I liked it still so it's good.

I was immersed from ep 1 till 48, I grew attached to the characters at some point and there was no skip. The entire production team from A to B deserves a huge round of applause for this drama. I'm truly going to miss it and I hope I get to see something this good again in the nearest future.
I love it so much. End of ep 12 got me shocked. So his plan all along was to infiltrate Rong family. Rong Shan bao is going to be so heartbroken when she finds out, I just know it. Anyways, I love it so much already all the twists and turns, such an interesting series, j can't wait for the next ep!
This movie is so breathtakingly beautiful. The acting, cinematography, the choreography etc, everything was just done so well. Alot of thought was put into it and I really appreciate that. A solid 10/10 in my books and I really do hope we get to see the sequel soon. I hope it's already filmed!
I really really want to praise and applaud every single person that was involved in this show. From the actors to the directors, to the writer, to the author of the book, etc. everyone deserves praise. Such an interesting watch with two very very complex characters. Ep 8 really broke my heart for shulang and I was so impressed by both their acting! I can't wait for the next ep! Fan xiao really need a very good redemption arc to make me want them back together fr. You shulang truly is the most pitiful character in this entire series because even though he's a strong man, his core is so good and so kind, with everything he does and the way he treats every single person from what we've seen, he's just a really good man, which is why I fail to fully grasp why fan xiao was so hell bent on breaking someone who has such a big and good heart. I hope he gets his revenge good and I need fan xiao's character development to really do justice.
Honestly, I feel like there hasn’t been much story development between Shen Wenlang and Gao Tu.
They're literally going exactly according to the book, and tbh they made more scenes for them in the drama than it was on the book, so I really don't know what else you want honestly. And it's understandable because they're the second cp, hopefully by the next show, they'll have equal parts or a show of their own since NJ sis can see how loved they are.
I really hope they're working on a season 2 honestly. I'm so so curious how everything will unfold and there's literally so much more to explore with another season

This show is so good. I just finished it today. Loved it. But I really hope there's a plan for season 2 I beg! I really need to see jiang changyang and his majesty completely defeat his highness and every single evil official. I loved this so much especially as a woman, it's a great watch. I hope season 2 will focus more on the defeating the evil and mudan and jiang falling in love or whatever. Anyways, I just can't wait for the next season
