Jumping in this main because I too love Exact definitions for sorting purposes. I will never watch the drama for my own reasons BUT HAREM/REVERSE HAREM taken from Manga and Anime, it is the Main Character surrounded by a supporting cast of the opposite sex (or plays the role of the opposite sex), that are at least friends but may also vie for the love interest position of the main character.
We only used Love Triangle for the Phillipines because they do not have harem dramas. All of this was in the first paragraph. This is not to Just the person I hit reply to but the entire thread.
