Yep je boys led me to so much more of the industry I recognize so many older actors because of there co starring of supporting roles.

Also the average age to marry is 27 now in Japan, which narrows the reproduction window. To befair though most societies go through reproduction waves. The more affluent and educated a society usually there is less children. Just 100 years ago the average american family had 8-12 kids, now the average is 3-4. And while my oldest now has 3 children, my youngest says he will NEVER have children : ) (hes 25).

i did know about the aging population, especially the aging population not being cared for by their adult children.

But you cant force a whole country to change over night, they are making progress with laws to prevent harassment at work etc. The younger generations are changing thing but it takes time.

Lets see high suicide are due, in Part, to the aceptance of Insurance payouts to cover debt. Suidice as a culture for over 1000 years has not had a stigma to it until christanity touched its shores. I cannot comment on lonely people because I personally find that a chosen state rather than societal forced. If you want friends, make them, if not in person than online. But thats my old fashioned, outdated opinion, not facts.

I also have no qualms with seeing both sides of a country or society Just what bothers me is not the same thing that bothers you.

It depends on the view of the people of the country he is from, he has lost 4 cm deals and the rating on his show has totally tanked. on the other hand she was promptly erased from media and her drama cancelled. Her twitter account deleted and promptly fired.

Honestly its not for us to judge. while they are in the spotlight, they are still two people having marital problems, and in a country we are not from, where for a very long time Arranged marriages meant there were lovers on the side and the "Public" wife for status. And WE as outsiders don't have any right to condone or condemn them. Also Japan is still Very much a male-centric country..and its not a good or bad thing, it just is.

So he maybe able to come back, and have it not effect his career at all after the smoke clears and the media finds someone else to dog pile on. I mean look at Beat Takeshi, with this new thing everyones forgetten his snafu.

I usually just scroll past this **** cause I couldn't care less but i figured i pass the information along. He was cheating with 2 women on his wife and his mistresses.

As far as tastes changing...well they will again..or i never grew up. that must be it. I am closer to 50 still love high school dramas, anime, explosions. But I ALSO love a good social commentary piece and dramas about war. I still don't like arthouse things...maybe when I am 70 lol

I watched the Anime AND BINGED this drama. It s a story i will watch every remake of. The movies has not gotten good reviews so I am hesitant and after seen two amazing versions of this story a bad version would make me mad. Mad OAL is not fun OAL.
