Well frankly my ichiban didnt make it but did make the nominations, but Yamapi and Nino did. Us few J&A fans were happy our boys made it at all since Johnny does not allow Social Media AT ALL! Though somehow Yamapi has a weibo account and keeps photo bombing other peoples twitter feeds

he never even made nominations even though the other four did...it does seems kind wierd

your in for a good ride, I do recommend to no just watch his iconic movies but the little known ones as well..not all the movies he is are great, but he always is great in the role he is given.

seen 4 of the ten (because reika made me watch long vacation) LOL but seriously the first GTO is amazing, 101st marriage proposal addresses the society stress on outer beauty vs inner beauty, it is a good story, Long vacation had a tight story line and a rom/com cohab story.

Hanzawa Naoki really speaks to the Japanese businessman. While it was a miss for me genre wise it was masterfully put together, all the threads in the right place. i will probably watch season 2 if it ever happens. (it keeps getting postponed)

Thank you for those sugestions I was definitely am going to do Kurosawa, considering Bruce Lee, Sonny Chiba, Jaa Tony, Jet Li and maybe Jackie chan...not in the same league as mifune but names that westerns will recognize. Then i need to look for some actresses : )
