Help! I was going to skip Voice 2 because it sounds disappointing compared to the original, which I've watched.…
This is probably late, but you need to watch it. It connects. Fyi, season 2 is better than season 3. There’s a crucial transformation, and you won’t know what it is if you don’t watch season 2.
As someone who really loves the first season, this one didn’t meet my expectations. I love Kim Sabu with all my heart, but this season was too politically draggy and did not contain enough medical cases. The characters’ silly interactions were probably the only thing that kept me watching.
I need to know what makes this show worth checking out?? I know literally NOTHING about baseball (and don't really…
I never had an interest in baseball, never watched a baseball game, don’t know anything about baseball. I liked this drama because it shows you a whole new world: what happens during off-seasons. And let me tell you, it’s much more interesting than it sounds. I’m actually kinda interested in baseball now :).
This drama slowly grew on me. There were cringey and unnecessary moments, but the plot was so well made that I could ignore those things. By the tenth episode, I was totally immersed in it and actually started to think that baseball is a cool sport. Anyways, I love the baseball team. And I will surely miss Kang Du Ki.
At first, I only watched this drama while folding the laundry (because I didn’t find it engaging). But then, slowly, the characters grew on me, and I find myself waiting for the next episodes :). However, this is not to say that some of the eps before, say episode 8, didn’t have its boring moments.
At first, I really liked this drama (No, I loved it!). The chemistry between the main leads were sizzling, but somewhere along the way, it fizzled out. The OSTs were amazing, but even that couldn’t save the cringey interactions between the leads. I don’t regret watching it, but I see many areas in regards to the writing where it could have been improved significantly. I’m sad that I can’t rate it better than an 8/10.
Rewatching this, I'm now totally convinced that Do Kang Woo is alive! I bet he's somewhere out there, recovering…
Lol. I’m so sad though that it looks like there will be no Voice 4 this year :(. But I will keep an eye on Jang Hyuk’s upcoming OCN drama. Hopefully it’s as good as Voice.
Lee Kang, I love you T__T. I haven’t shipped a couple so much in so long. And I have to mention that the OSTs move my heart every single time they play lol. Also, the pacing of this drama is perfect imo.
Can someone tell me if the kid in episode 17/18 is really the son of Kang Jae?
I don't think Yoo Eun Ho ends up with anyone. In my opinion, Eun Ho was a forceful and annoying character. Dal Bong and Seo Wool were much better suited for each other. And, I actually liked Dal Bong's sister's love story the most - they're the funniest :).
Can someone tell me if the kid in episode 17/18 is really the son of Kang Jae?
The first son, Kang Jae, ends up with Hyojin (and not his doctor coworker). The daughter, Kang Shim, ends up with Tae Joon, the CEO/director guy (there was this lawyer guy, her ex, but she was totally done with him). The youngest, Dal Bong ended up with Seo Wool (Seo Wool chose him over the idol/restaurant owner who really likes her).
By the end, all three got married. Kang Shim had a baby girl (I believe), and Dal Bong took after his father's tofu business. The father, however, died from stomach cancer.
It's heavy on the politics, but the characters are great. Their personality are shown clearly and consistently, and you will grow to like them. The plot have twists and turns, and the story relays a great message. I personally enjoyed it.
I'm confused as to why this drama keeps getting lower in rating, it gets funnier in each episode and the comedic…
It's not bad, but it's just not the type of humor that some people like (including me). It's too comic-like (which is fitting for a webtoon read, but could be over the top for a drama...because it makes it unrealistic). I give it lots of points for creativity though.
Ahhhh! One of my favorite writers T___T. I'm so excited. She definitely makes the best love stories, and the chemistry between the characters are always amazing <3.
So far, I like this drama. It's so touching, and the characters are great. I also enjoy watching Kim Sang Kyung act; I haven't seen him since "What Happens to My Family?" He's such a great actor.
