Back in episode 14 it looks like and sound like Hye Na was wearing slippers. Like when she walked there was a noise and for 1 sec when she was walking inside the house she was wearing slippers (My eyes might be wrong though because it is not very clear lol). But there was definitely noise that I don't think only socks could make.

In my opinion it's either suicide or Woo Joo (because of the red hoodie). But that video could have been altered. Right now, the best answer seems to be suicide because the rail is pretty high and it's not easy to push someone over that. When a depressed person is alone, and a method of suicide is right in front....remember she was crying. And she fought with so many people that day, she must have realized that she's not a very nice human being.
