to get through( because Guwon doesn't have his powers anymore) there is one scene that star Jin an the butler asked him why do u like being immortal and he said(in short form) he can do anything he wants and he wants to live a flawless life and when he lost his powers he became clumsy

I think u may not find him too demonic is because
If u see the way the side characters act they are the real devils(especially seeking) so that's the twist the writer gave
Humans can act more like demons than a demon himself
They all want to fight against Dohee who is the angel here and their worst nightmare
