MDL is its own universe. It does not own the truth. Some dramas, no matter the quality, they reach a momentum where they become indestructible and non criticizable.
This part 2 has some great things like the character Bu Yeon but also it has some very weak things like the erratic silly nonsensical behavior of some characters who used to be likeable in part 1. So far I still like the two leads but gosh many side characters are quite disappointing.
OMG that salvage plan was extremely convoluted if not ridiculous. It was like an excuse to make Yul, Uk, Bu Yeon and CP act in the most awkward and annoying way. They are just using the plot to feed the love quadrangle. Yul is despicable now that he knows. He changes his tune? And what happened to Master Lee? Saying one thing in an ep and the contrary in another one and then a new contradicting thing in another ep...

I won't call Yul a villain based on the latest developments. I think he is someone who sticks too much at the rules. And when it does not happens the way of his logic and of the rules, he has difficulties do deal with it. And when it happens one time, two times, three times... It shakes him to his core and his reason his crushed.
Some people who have the best education, the best job, the best revenue, the best appraisals... they will still do the worst when life shows them something they can't handle.
