When she agreed to be in cahoots with Jin Mu to become fake Bu Yeon, she started to sell all the people who would be able to identify her. This led Jin Mu and his cronies to kill a lot of people. Some not very commendable but also some innocent people like the guards of Chwisunru the house of courtesans.

I think the reason she left does not pertain to him. It seems that there is people that she absolutely wants to avoid and people she would go to straight in case of issue.
She should not have let him try to coax her with small gifts and she should have told him directly to cut ties. Also she was mad after the bullying in the restaurant and vented her anger at him. As for the SML, she should have said it is not his business she is dating him or not. But she told a lie to hurt his feelings.
I agree that she must have a truckload of problems this is why she is behaving erratic. Her change of heart is too fast and too big to be accepted easily from the ML. Even if he did plenty of wrong, it is understandable that he feels dumbfounded and desperate.
Both are at fault but it feels like ML committed mishaps and she took the opportunity to get rid of him because of some reasons belonging to her.

She did plenty of wrong. Why she left the restaurant? Why she would not hear his version of the story for days? Why she used him as a scapegoat after she was bullied!? Why she dismissed his confession saying she is dating another man?
