What I meant is that after the time jump, she is seen dressing up in her room then hunting, then targeted by an arrow then she is half undressed and then she meets our ML. It happens so fast and there are people who appear but we don't know who they are and why they do what they do. I guess next episode will be slower as people will get to meet each other again.

ML's father is a terrible human being. He did not have to kill the young maid. She knew nothing. All he needed to do is to pretend he never met her. Poor ML. He will have to deal with his father's crimes sooner or later.

Ep2 was very good. Especially the part with the kids. So emotional. The last part with them as adult is ok but I think they should slow down the pace so we can have the time to discover the new characters. Waiting for next week episodes now.

I agree he tried to manage by priority and put the twin in a safe place without unveiling anything which would have endangered one of the twins. Things just turned bad. I don't think he knows Ji Woon's father at all.

You are right. When he saw her and drag her away from the execution scene, he thought it was the twin girl. I believe it is because after the Crown Princess learnt that Dami entered the palace as a maid, she had her servant look for the Guard warrior and she advised him that her daughter was in the palace as a maid. This is why he could "recognize" her and was not shocked when the young CP talked about him or Dami being the target.

I don't understand how come he did not recognize Ji Woon's father as the killer and did not tell him it is the young CP when they were facing each other. Maybe he does not know him and did not wanted to tell the secret to anyone. Then it was too late like you said.

I thought the kiss in LOTRS was an anachronism. Because it was a sign of affection. Something kids 9 years old probably did not do during Joseon era. Blind or not. Here it is CPR. Also, the two leads are not kids. They are teenagers who read The Commentary of Zuo. She looks like 13 and he 15-16. For me it is not so shocking as CPR is a known gesture since thousands of years.

Jung Seok Jo (Ji Woon's father) could not know it was the young Crown prince in disguise. How could he suspect that the young prince disguised himself into the maid. He was sure it was the maid and his job was to kill her.

Yoon Hyung Chul (Crown Prince's guard warrior) also thought it was the twin girl. This is why he tried to protect her against a killer who he thought was sent to get rid of her.

Nobody could have yelled "this is the son" as none of them knew. It is the tragic fate of the young CP.

Yes I understand that Lord Sangheon is the father of the Crown Princess who gave birth to the twins and he tries to kill his granddaughter and use is grandson in his schemes for power.

I don't think Jung Seok Jo (Ji Woon's father) played by Bae Soo Bin is the son of Lord Sangheon. They have different family name and the man just behaves like his henchman.

Lee Hyun and Kim Ga On are Princes and Lee Hyun is Ji Woon's friend. Not sure who their father is or if they are even brothers. Probably we will know more today.

He was supposed to live and his twin sister was supposed to die. Rule of the Royal house. But he is killed in a twist of fate. I feel sad for him. The kid just wanted to pay hommage to his master but ended accompanying him in the afterlife.

I am wondering how the twin girl will react when she knows her twin brother died because he was mistaken for her.

Crown Prince is a weak person who cannot oppose his father or the royal family or find a way to save his daughter from death. He seems to like books and has a gentle demeanor regarding his son. He has little power as a CP. The other guy Lord Sangheon has technically more power. I am not sure the King even ordered anything. He just relied on him (Crown Princess' father) to deal with the "situation". He can go kill the child of the CP without him trying anything, so he doesn't need to respect him.

I was surprised to see Bae Soo Bin in this drama. Last time I saw him was in Secret. He is used to portray infamous characters. How can he behave so righteous in front of his son when he is an assassin and the henchman of the evil guy. Now that he did what he did, the confrontation with his son will be inevitable. I hope they don't give him redemption. He is a Crown Prince slayer.

1) When the guy grabbed the neck of his daughter who is the Crown Princess, what he does and says tell that he has little respect for the Royalty and that he has been scheming to control the throne since a long time. Probably he is intending to use his grandson as a puppet.

2) So far, there is no element that indicates what side she is from and why she would oppose her own son. I have not read the manhwa. So I don't know. Maybe she thinks he is too soft and not qualitifed to be King and she supports the young CP not knowing he is a she. We will see.

He was her first love. The way they broke up tells that she was young and naïve regarding him. Probably she knew little things about him as the guy was manipulating her. He was thinking he could get her back 100%. This is the proof that he thought and still thinks he can do whatever he wants with her. But he is wrong. She is not the weak papa girl anymore. She is strong and will keep growing stronger.

What is blatant is that he still thinks he can pamper her to please her and protect her but she doesn't care about this. She is fighting her own way to achieve what she has decided to realize. He is so wrong about her.

I am waiting to know what led him to break up with her. I suspect that it is because he did some bad deeds and Da Li's father asked him to call off the wedding and leave his daughter.

It is ok, you put it in spoiler tag. It read it at my own risk. Truth is it would make sense considering the chain of events but I just thought maybe they would make him injured and spend time with his sister and learn that he has one. If what is suggested is true, his fate is really sad

1) Jiwoon's father works for the Crown Princess' father since the beginning. He killed the State concilor and plenty of people in the Royal maternity. The Crown Princess' father discovered that the twin sister has entered the palace as a maid so he ordered him to kill her.

2) He is the guard the Crown Princess gave her daughter to and asked him to sneak her out of the palace. Maybe he kept checking on her or the Crown Princess told him she is a maid in the palace now.

3) I think so. He is a Prince and he is older than her and her twin but the young CP is CP first born son. So he must be a cousin.

I did not watch the preview in order to not spoil myself. I don't really know. It is just that it would be too sudden. But ok, we shall see.

Not sure the young CP is dead tho.
