I have a different opinion. She is not a sociopath. A sociopath is impulsive and emotionally unstable and reacts with frustration and anger and will explode. A psychopath is cold, calculating, scheming, master of her emotions. She has no empathy to manipulate others for her own goal while she is showing them good social skills. She has no regrets and only care about herself.

She schemed the attack on her father and blamed the killing on someone else when she is the one who killed her father with her own hands. She is guilty of first degree murder.
The worst killers in the world all have their own circumstances from a sad childhood. It does not mean as adult they were not able to discern between right and wrong. I feel for the ones around her who are manipulated by her when they just wanted to help her.
