I also enjoyed S2 and liked the newly introduced characters though I didn't care for them like the S1 cast. My biggest let down in S2 was the lasck of creativity in the transformer robot-like monsters. They fixed that in S3 which was great. I expected more emotions and resolutions however, from S3 knowing that it would be the last installment. While I kinda liked this season, sadly it was very underwhelming. It almost felt like they just wanted to get it over and done with.
Those who haven't read the novel are unable to fathom the behaviour of the LR and are busy asking why LR is going…
So I'm guessing SRQ wasn't castrated in the novel? Instead of the platonic companionship, was she truly having a romantic affair with him for 17 years in the novel? 😳

Imo living with someone for 17 years who secretly held a grudge all the while and turned around to murder her should give Li Rong shivers, not soften her heart.

Omg about Shanguan Ya, I thought I was the only one she was annoying. I was literally about to comment that she should stay away from married folks business. All her comments about SRQ and the ways she riles up PX is so irritating. Again, I agree, LR is the one to blame. Why did she even tell her about their marriage agreement? 😒
Currently watching ep. 18 and I'm very disappointed in Li Rong for not flat out rejecting SRQ's proposal. SHE is the one inflating his ego and giving him the audacity to utter nonsense. Why tf is she always so speechless around him? What a shame.
That whole conversation with SRQ and PX at the bridge pissed me off so bad. I feel so sad for PX constant having to defend their love by himself.
